Abstract In order to demonstrate the issues that how the innovation network structure capital spillover influence industrial development, we established a dynamic spatial weight matrix by using the idea of weighted average, based on the perspective of geographical proximity and social proximity coupling and with the help of Moran's I spatial correlation test, as well as spatial lag (SLM) and spatial error (SEM) and space Durbin (SDM) models to measure the impact that innovation network structure capital on industrial development in terms of multiple adjacent coupling of GeographicalSociety". Then, the electronic information industry of Guangxi patent data was taken as an example to carry out empirical research. we found that: the effect that Guangxi electronic information industry development spatial agglomeration is obvious, and the geographical proximity effect is greater than the social proximity; The agglomeration effect of industrial development space is promoted by the Guangxi electronic information innovation network structure capital spillover; The innovation of Guangxi electronic information network capital structure influence industry development through the direct and indirect path. Hereby, we can provide decision-making support for the development of industrial innovation space (equilibrium).
