Abstract Reform of supply front is the necessary choice to solve the structural problems such as shortage of supply in the development of our national economy and to create a new economic growth point. Enterprises are the main body of reform and innovation of enterprises plays an important role in providing the specific implementation path for the reform. Enterprise innovation is a nonlinear system, innovation elements can be divided into internal innovation factors and external innovation factors when enterprise is a boundary. The optimization of internal factors such as labor, capital, technology and organization in the innovation system can promote upgrading of elements. Improving the efficiency of external factors such as the government and the market mechanism can implement the effective supply of system. At the same time, the communication between internal and external through knowledge and resource could promote the optimization of industrial structure. With the enterprise innovation as the core, through the reform of the government and the supervision of the market, it is possible for us to promote the structure reform of supply front effectively and to achieve economic development steadily and sustainably.
