| Resource Integration and Evolution Path of Ambidexterity Competence in the Upgrading Process of Creative Industry Zone |

Abstract From the micro perspective on evolution of organizational competence, this dissertation reveals resource integration's influencing mechanism on the evolution path of ambidexterity competence in creative industry zone. Longitudinal case study of M50 shows that resource integration offer resource base for balance development of exploration and exploitation competence，meet their competitive demand for resource. Influenced by the resource integration process, the evolution path of exploitation and exploration competence on policy resource, creative resource and the zone' resource shows character as punctuated equilibrium, concentrated alignment and simultaneous development respectively. New knowledge and competence obtain from exploration activities enrich the content of exploitation activities.
