Abstract Taking the construction of ecological civilization as the origin, the paper analyzes the industrial structure system of Beijing from the perspective of dissipative structure, aiming at the actual situation of the industrial structure of our country's mega cities. Present that the entropy factors of Beijing include imbalance in industrial structure, the ecological of industrial structure is the evolution of the future. Based on the related theory of ecological city industrial development, it puts forward some suggestions for restructure of ecological industry of China's Mega city, such as development of new industries, cultivating high-tech talents, which can lead city industrial structure to be a new and stable state.
