Abstract This study analyzes the impact of creativity performance rewards on employees' incremental creativity and radical creativity, and the moderating effects of performance feedback and functional diversity and the mediating effects of knowledge sharing, focusing on product innovation contextual. The results show creativity performance rewards positively impact on employees' incremental creativity; performance feedback and functional diversity positively moderate the relationship between creativity performance rewards and incremental creativity; in addition, the moderation effect of performance feedback is partially mediated by knowledge sharing, and the moderation effect of functional diversity is completely mediated by knowledge sharing; conversely, creativity performance rewards has inhibitory effect on employees' radical creativity.
