Exploration on Partner Selection Method of Intelligence Alliance Type Innovation Team |

Abstract Aiming at the problems of low level of scientific research ability,lack of high scientific research talents and weak economic growth,this paper introduces a new model of "soft introduction" of "intelligence alliance type" in the western region.It is of great significance to the reform of western universities and promote the development of regional economic society.It's also a wise choice of utilization human resources.In order to study on intelligence alliance type innovation team,the key point is to select innovative team members.This paper firstly reviews the definition of intelligence alliance type innovation team and the methods to select partners by literature.Then analyzes the factors of the team member,constructs quantifiable indicators through individual ability,interoperability and appropriate degree,lists the step by multi-attribute decision Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).At last,demonstrate the method through case study,the result shows that this method can effectively select the required person of intelligence alliance type innovation team,improve the efficiency of partner selection,it gives the idea to the innovation team and has feasible and practical value.
