Structure of Emotional Intelligence of Millennial and Mechanism of Its Impact on Work Behavior |

Abstract Based on the grounded theory,this paper studied the structure of emotional intelligence of millennial employee and the mechanism model of Emotion-Attitude-Behavior by collecting and analyzing the network review.The results show that the structure of emotional intelligence of millennial consist of three factors of Self Cognition,Relationship Management and Emotion Regulation,job involvement has the mediating on the effect of millennial emotional intelligence on work behavior,organizational support moderated the relationship between emotional intelligence and job involvement.Finally,some suggestions are made for the management of millennial employee' emotional intelligence.
