Inclusive Leader Scale Development and Validation in Chinese Context |

Abstract This paper adopts qualitative research method to develop a preliminary inclusive leadership scale in Chinese context based on reviewing the extant literature, then applies exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and regression analysis methods to validate the scale. Lastly, an indigenous scale of inclusive leadership which contains 22 items in five dimensions is developed. Research results provide measurement tools for domestic scholars to conduct empirical study on inclusive leadership in Chinese context and theoretical foundation for Chinese firms to implement inclusive leadership practice.
