The Effects of Firm's Innovative Capability and Relationships among Firms on Firm's Resource Utilizing Strategy and Performance within Value Network |

Abstract This study explore the effects of innovative capability and relationships among firms as well as the interaction effects between innovative capability and relationships among firms on firms' resource utilizing strategy, also discuss the effects of firms' resource utilizing strategy on firms' performance. The results suggest: ① innovative capability significantly has positive effect on independent resource utilizing strategy; ② relationships among firms significantly have positive effect on integrative resource utilizing strategy; ③ the interaction effects between innovative capability and relationships among firms significantly have positive effect on independent resource utilizing strategy, while there is no significant and positive effect between the interaction effects and integrative resource utilizing strategy; ④ firms' independent resource utilizing strategy significantly has positive effect on performance; ⑤ firms' integrative resource utilizing strategy significantly has positive effect on performance.
