Abstract Science and technology resources is the source and guarantee of enterprise innovation, how to make the enterprise effective access to science and technology resources, the smooth flow of science and technology resources to the enterprise internal, is the key problem of enterprise. Science and technology resource flows is presented in this paper, basic on relevant theories, through constructing the framework model of science and technology resources flow to the intelligence-intensive enterprise, to identify the influence factors of science and technology resources flow to the intelligence-intensive enterprise, and carries on the empirical analysis through the investigation and study, put forward related suggestions to promote the science and technology resources flow for the intelligence-intensive enterprise.
