Research on the Influencing Factors of Innovation Performance in the Public-Private Technological Innovation Networks Based on Meta-Analysis |

Abstract Public-Private Technological Innovation Networks (PPTIN), as the pioneering practice of technological innovation system, has attracted extensive attention in recent years. However, there is no consistent conclusion about the influencing factors of innovation performance in PPTIN. Therefore, the meta-analysis method was used to reanalyze 61 empirical literatures, systematically summarizing influencing factors of innovation performance in PPTIN, and discussing the methodological reasons for the divergences of existing research. The results have shown as followed: Firstly, R&D investment, technological innovation capability, market capability of enterprise, government investment, policy support, cooperation-tightness, intensity of knowledge transfer between organizations, intensity of outside investment and level of regional economic development can significantly promote innovation performance in PPTIN; Secondly, sample types, data sources and performance measurement indicators of research may lead to inconsistent research conclusions. These findings will provide a valuable basis for further theoretical research and practical application in PPTIN in China.
