How does Delegation Influence Middle Managers' Intrapreneurship Behavior |

Abstract Middle managers,as a combination of strategic and operational roles,can connect the inside and outside of the company and the upper and lower levels of the organization,which is an important force for corporate entrepreneurship.Based on 201 valid sample data,empirical analysis shows that: delegation has a positive impact on middle managers' intrapreneurship behavior; active followership plays a partial intermediary role between delegation and middle managers' intrapreneurship behavior; polychronicity has a moderating effect on the direct effect of delegation on the middle managers' intrapreneurship behavior.This study enriches internal entrepreneurship theory and followership theory,provides practical inspiration for organizational management.
