An Empirical Study on the Impact of Chaxu Leadership and Transactive Memory System on Team Knowledge Transfer Performance |

Abstract Based on team cognitive theory and leadership theory of firms in China, the paper collects the data from R&D team and investigates the impact of Chaxu leadership on team knowledge transfer performance and the mediating effect of transactive memory system and the moderating effect of channels of knowledge transfer on the relationship between Chaxu leadership and transactive memory system by using multiple linear regression method. The results show as follows: Chaxu leadership has significant and negative influence on team knowledge transfer performance; transactive memory system has partial mediating effect on the influence of Chaxu leadership on team knowledge transfer performance; channels of knowledge transfer doesn’t moderate the relationship between Chaxu leadership and transactive memory; channels of knowledge transfer play the moderate role of the mediator effect.
