Research on the Driving Mechanism of Green Innovation Intention of Energy Enterprises Based on Grounded Theory |

Abstract Under the new era of advancing the needs of the development of green, making traditional energy enterprises achieve long-term competitiveness through green innovation and exploring the "black box" driven by the transformation of energy-oriented enterprises, is an urgent problem to be solved at present. Based on the qualitative research method of grounded theory, this paper constructs the driving model for the formation of green innovation intention of enterprises, extracts the five main categories driving the green innovation intention of energy enterprises, expounds the relationship between the core category and the main category, and the interaction between the main categories, in order to analyze the antecedents of the green innovation intention of enterprises and explore the driving mechanism of the green innovation intention of energy enterprises.
