Digital Human Resource Management: Integration Framework and Research Prospects |

Abstract The rapid development of the digital economy promotes the digital transformation of enterprises. As an important part of management, human resource management is undergoing changes brought about by digital transformation, thus digital human resource management has emerged. This paper uses the method of literature research to analyze the emergence of digital human resource management from the historical perspective of the integration of technology and human resource, and defines the connotation of digital human resource management by combing the related concepts of digital human resource management from the technical, functional and comprehensive perspectives, and then sums up five characteristics of digital human resource management based on the characteristics of digital technology. Subsequently, introducing I-P-O paradigm into the field of digital human resource management, this paper constructs I-P-O framework of digital human resource management research which systematically analyzes the process of digital human resource management and its influencing factors and outcome outputs. Finally, research prospects and management suggestions are put forward.
