The Influence Mechanism of Creators' Policy Perception on Innovation Behavior |

Abstract Based on the theory of psychodynamic field, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of creators' policy perception on innovation behavior,and focusing on the mediating effect of knowledge acquisition and the moderating effect of innovation self-efficacy.Based on the structural equation model analysis of 380 creators' sample data.The results show that: firstly, the positive effect of creators' policy perception on innovation behavior is significant.Secondly, knowledge acquisition plays a completely mediating role in the relationship between creators' policy perception and innovation behavior.Thirdly, the moderating effect of innovation self-efficacy on the positive relationship between policy perception and innovation behavior is not significant, but the moderating effect is significant in the positive relationship between knowledge acquisition and innovation behavior, and has a significant moderating effect on mediating effect of knowledge acquisition between policy perception and innovation behavior.This research conclusion further deepens the understanding of the relationship between creators' policy perception and their innovation behavior, and has a certain reference role in promoting the innovation practice of creators.
