Abstract As an important form of cooperative innovation,industry-university-research cooperation has made important contributions to resource integration, industrial optimization and economic development.Based on the national key industry patent information service platform and taking the industry-university-research cooperation invention patents of China's electronic components industry as the data source, the Logistic regression model was used to empirically test the influence of interdependence and embeddedness on the persistence of industry-university-research collaborative innovation. The results show that:among the three factors of interdependence, geographical proximity has no significant impact on the persistence of industry-university-research collaborative innovation, and knowledge similarity and identity similarity have significant positive impact on the persistence of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.Among the three elements of embeddedness, structural embeddedness has no significant influence on the persistence of industry-university-research collaborative innovation, and both relational embeddedness and positional embeddedness have significant positive influence on thepersistence of industry-university-research collaborative innovation. However, when all the factors enter the regression model at the same time, only knowledge similarity and relationship embeddedness have significant positive effects on the persistence of industry-university-research collaborative innovation, while identity similarity and position embeddedness no longer have significant effects.
