Research on Identification of Collaborative Objects in Scientific Research in Major Public Crises |

Abstract The selection of appropriate research institutions to integrate into a scientific research synergy is essential to respond to major public crises,especially for the prevention and control of emergencies such as new coronavirus pneumonia.This paper constructs a theoretical model for identify potential objects for scientific research,and builds a identification method based on this.The empirical research was carried out by taking the scientific research of diagnostic reagents in a major public crisis as the research object and the collaborative integration of scientific research forces in the field of diagnostic reagents as an example.The final research identified 7 collaborative groups and 29 key core institutions,and it could be integrated into a scientific research force aimed at different scientific research needs.The research results also show that when integrating scientific research strength in the field of diagnostic reagents,universities are the main core link between other institutions,and national-level scientific research institutes and military system institutions can provide strong support.High-tech enterprises are important forces that cannot be ignored.
