| The Impact Path of Science and Technology Policy on Innovation-driven Development of National High-tech Zones |

Abstract Based on the policy texts of 30 provinces in China,this paper carries out the research on science and technology policy of national high-tech zones,and analyses the comprehensive influence paths of different policy types by clarity sets QCA method.The study finds that there are four kinds of policy mix paths: resource input path,resource collaboration path,endogenous regulatory path and extroverted regulatory path.Human resources policy and fiscal preferential policy can play a leading role in the mix path.Innovation platform policy and industry planning policy are the internal condition in the mix path.The policy of external input and the policy of internal regulation have complementarity,and the preference of institutional policy often has a more significant driving effect.
