| Comparative Study on Conditional Configuration Paths of Manufacturing Transformation and Upgrading from the Perspective of Enterprise Resources |

Abstract The progress of enterprise transformation and upgrading is essentially a process of effective organization of resources and generating configuration effect.The collection of resources may either promote or lead to the failure of enterprise transformation and upgrading.Therefore,from the positive and negative perspectives of successful transformation and inefficient transformation,this paper respectively obtains the conditions (resources) configuration path of high and low transformation,the key points of successful transformation and the matters needing attention of failed transformation through the empirical study and comparative study of 45 manufacturing enterprises.The main conclusions are: the dominance of innovation resources and financing capacity are important conditions for enterprise transformation and upgrading.Changing the supplier concentration is an effective way to realize the synergy of other resource factors.Lack of innovation and misallocation of resources (mainly refers to enterprise size,knowledge and technology intensity,supplier concentration) easily lead to inefficient transformation and upgrading.The research results enrich the relevant research on the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for the effective path of enterprise transformation and upgrading and avoiding inefficiency in the new era.
