| A Study on the Coupling Relationship between Innovation Investment and Output of High Tech Industry from the Perspective of Supply Side Reform |

Abstract Research on the relationship between innovation investment and output of high tech industry is an important basis for improving the efficiency of industrial innovation. On the basis of literature review, this research constructs the index system of innovation investment and output of China's pharmaceutical industry, and introduces the coupling model to empirically analyze the innovation investment and output data of pharmaceutical industry from 2005 to 2017. The results reveal the comprehensive level, correlation and coordination of coupling relationship between innovation investment and output of China's pharmaceutical industry. This research has both theoretical and empirical values for the innovation and development of high technology industry.
