Network Capacity, Intentional Organizational Unlearning and Proactive Business Model Innovation |

Abstract Based on the theory of social networks and organizational behavior, the high-tech enterprise executives are taken as the investigation object, and the relationship between the enterprise network capability and the proactive business model innovation is analyzed empirically, as well as the mediating role of active organization forgetting and the regulation of environmental dynamics. The results show that: (1)Network relationship management capabilities and network configuration capabilities both have a significant positive effect on proactive business model innovation;(2) Intentional organizational unlearning plays a full mediation role in the relationship between network relationship management capability and proactive business model innovation, and plays a partial mediation role in the relationship between network configuration capabilities and proactive business model innovation. (3) Environmental dynamism has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between Network relationship management capabilities and proactive business model innovation, but has no moderating effect on the relationship between network configuration capabilities and proactive business model innovation.
