Abstract This paper takes the open innovation as the perspective,takes Jiangxi Thinker Investment Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Thinker") as the case study object,and uses the SPS case study method to analyze the three aspects of creative acquisition,creative transformation and open innovation evolution process in the crowd innovation space.The study found :First of all,the crowd innovation in the space of creative access to exploration,screening and activation of three stages; Secondly,in the creative transformation process of the crowd innovation space,the innovationdriven experience changes from investors to suppliers to the enterprise itself.Finally,the process of open innovation in the crowd innovation space creates three different types,and the innovation subject experience is composed of "creative market".The city "to the second landlord" and then to the "innovation broker" transformation.The main theoretical contribution of the study lies in the introduction of open innovation into the crowd innovation space and the illustration about role and function of innovation subject.The management significance of the research is to sum up the successful experience of the crowd innovation space development which can be referred to by other spaces.
