Abstract Research the influence of transformational and transactional leadership on exploratory innovation and applied innovation based on leadership theory, organizational learning theory and organizational dynamic competence theory, and introduce knowledge accumulation and capacity flexibility to verify the mediating role of knowledge accumulation as well as the moderating role of ability flexibility.The results of hierarchical regression analysis show that transformational leadership has a significant positive impact on organizational exploratory innovation, and transactional leadership has a significant positive impact on applied innovation.Knowledge accumulation plays a mediating role between different leadership styles and dual innovation.in which knowledge accumulation plays a full intermediary role between transformational leadership and exploratory innovation, and plays a partial intermediary role between transactional leadership and applied innovation. Finally, capacity flexibility has a moderating effect between different leadership styles and organizational duality innovation.
