The Research of Enterprise M&A Behavior and Types: a Case Study from the Entrepreneurial Orientation Perspective

Abstract Entrepreneurial orientation M&A strategy is an important exploratory expansion strategy in the process of development of new ventures. Based on entrepreneurship orientation M&A of the GEM listed companies as the research object, this paper analyses the entrepreneurial orientation mechanism of M&A, and defines the different types of entrepreneurial orientation M&A. According to the different aims of M&A, entrepreneurial orientation can be divided into based on the new market of entrepreneurial orientation M&A, based on the new industry of entrepreneurial orientation M&A, and based on the deepening system supports entrepreneurial orientation M&A.
