Entrepreneurs Experience to the Influence of Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification Model Building |

Abstract Based on existing experience learning research literature, the entrepreneurial opportunity identification, entrepreneurs experience, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial self-efficacy are clearly defined and their dimensions are divided. The mechanism of action is not only discussed, but also the theoretical propositions are put forward and "entrepreneurs experience, entrepreneurial learning, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial opportunity recognition" theoretical model is build. The necessary theoretical basis is established for empirical research of entrepreneurs experience. Finally, the article puts forward three conclusions and research limitations, and the future research direction of entrepreneurs experience is prospected.
