| The Study of the Inertial Barrier and the Beyond Mechanism during the Enterprise Inclusive Innovation during the New Normal Period |

Abstract Inclusive innovation is an important way to achieve the sustainable development of enterprise. However, there are lots of inertial barriers such as traditional management inertia, BOP market's imperfection and the benefit obstruction of inclusive innovation, which lower the efficiency of innovation. Based on the theoretical research, the article analyses the characteristics of inclusive innovation and the causes of inertial barriers, building the transformation mechanism of innovation conception, the bridging mechanism of the common-benefit structure hole, and the mechanism of inclusive innovation's business model, which can overcome these obstacles. Finally, the article comes up with some suggestions.
