Abstract In the process of constructing the ecological civilization of the Yangtze River economic belt, promoting the green development of industry and regional synergy is one of the important breakthrough of solving resource and environmental constraints. Based on the analysis of non-radial and non-oriented SBM-Malmquist model, the paper measured the industry green efficiency index, efficiency change index and technological change index of the Yangtze river economic belt by using panel data in 2000-2014. On the basis of analyzing the Spatial-temporal distribution, it divided the 11 provinces (cities) of the Yangtze River economic belt into four leagues, then discussed the Pareto improvement of the industry interests and cooperation boundary in the process of industry cooperative game. Finally, the thesis put forward the proposals on the aspect of space cooperation strategy, policy mechanism etc. according to the different industry cooperation alliance from regional Coordination perspective.
