Abstract With the help of visualization software-CiteSpace III, it researches the Web of Science on organizational ambidexterity to draw the knowledge maps about analyzing the research hot spot and change trends. The results show that:(1)Organizational ambidexterity caught the attention of the scholars all over the world.(2) there are multiple perspectives and multi-level explanation of evolution path about the development in organizational ambidexterity.(3)major hot areas are external antecedent, ambidexterity context, manager, environment, strategic agility, productivity dilemma, ambidexterity hypothesis, and the three frontier problems is managing innovation paradoxes incremental innovation ambidextrous leadership.
