Research on the Antecedents of Members' Knowledge Hiding Behavior in Knowledge-based Organization Based on Grounded Theory |

Abstract Knowledge hiding behavior of members can destroy the psychological contract, and cause obstacles to the cooperation among the members, and ultimately affect organizational performance in knowledge organization. Research on antecedents of hidden behavior can effectively prevent the occurrence of the phenomenon. Taking grounded theory as the main tool, it draws the results of interaction four dimensions of main body (endogenous factors), knowledge and task object (regulatory factors), interactive media (intermediary factor), organizational environment (external factors) as antecedents of members' knowledge hiding behavior in knowledge-based organization, carries out the thorough analysis, and put forward the countermeasures. The research gives the inspiration and the reference on knowledge management for knowledge-based organization.
