Abstract Uncertainty of environment will affect company decision-making. Entrepreneur is the role of the private-firm's innovation. Entrepreneurial strategic leadership becomes more and more important for company to progress and grow. Cognitive psychology emphasizes the knowledge in human's brain. Furthermore knowledge comes from the environment and human. These also affect the human decision. Based on cognitive psychology, this article researches the impact of private entrepreneurial strategic leadership on the performance. The result is about the factor of private entrepreneurial strategic leadership and its affection. Private entrepreneurial strategic leadership will influence enterprise performance through enterprise decision-making mechanism through investigates and empirical test. And the uncertainty industry environmental plays a positive role in the relationship between private entrepreneurial strategic leadership and decision-making mechanism. This conclusion is reference and Enlightenment of selection for decision-making mechanism and improvement of private entrepreneur's strategic leadership.
