Abstract In modern Chinese society, "intellectually-economic-networking" has been rapidly expanded along with "worth-space developing","knowledge" has simultaneously been re-defined. In the multi-center intellectual distribution, the value knowledge has included the reality knowledge, and cognitive knowledge has gradually given place to the practical knowledge. When reflecting Chinese psychological change on "knowledge" in history, we will find that now we have been experiencing a share cultural stage, with this understanding, it is important to emphasize innovative cooperating way between individuals and society thus forming an intellectually-organic-system.
