Abstract Implementation services strategy has become an inevitable trend of manufacturing enterprises for sustainable development. Based on strategic management and organizational theory, from Supportability perspective, this paper explored the key factors affecting implementation of service strategy in manufacturing. On the basis of the relevant literature review and questionnaire, based on principal component analysis method, the four main internal organizational factors that influence the service-oriented strategy of manufacturing enterprises was found. They are the service-oriented of organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational capacity and design of products-services processes and services assessment. And the composition and the impact of various factors were analyzed in detail. This study results provide important reference for our manufacturers to develop and implement successful service strategy.
