The Study on Military and Civilian Integration,Government Scientific and Technological Support and Technological Innovation Efficiency |

Abstract Through spatial data analysis methods,the distribution pattern of military-civilian integration,government science and technology support,and technological innovation efficiency across provinces in China is examined.Research shows that all three have significant positive spatial correlations,ie,positive spatial spillover effects,and in different regions.As a result of the formation of local agglomeration space,there is a phenomenon of high and low non-equilibrium “clubs”.Based on the spatial error model and spatial lag model,the empirical test of the impact of military-civil integration and government science and technology support on the efficiency of technological innovation shows that:from the perspective of the country and regions,military integration and government scientific and technological support can all significantly promote the efficiency of technological innovation.And there are obvious interactions between the two,which can exert their complementary effects and further promote the efficiency of technological innovation.At the same time,the study finds that the influence of military-civil integration and government science and technology support in different regions on the efficiency of technological innovation is quite different.Western region role of military-civilian integration and government science and technology support in promoting the efficiency of technological innovation is more obvious than in the eastern and central regions; some other factors that affect the efficiency of technological innovation are analyzed.
