Research on Manufacturing Enterprises Knowledge Sharing Strategy of Cooperative Innovation |

Abstract Cooperative innovation is an effective form for manufacturing enterprises to integrate resources and share innovation risks and accelerate innovation efficiency,however it increases the risk of leaking core knowledge and losing of core competitiveness.In order to explore the knowledge sharing strategy among the process of manufacturing enterprises' cooperative innovation.Based on the fully open strategy,the incomplete open strategy,the closed strategy of manufacturing enterprises' cooperative innovation,this paper constructs the selective game model of manufacturing enterprises' cooperative innovation knowledge sharing strategy,and uses MATLAB software to demonstrate the influence of different decision parameters changes on strategy selection through numerical simulation.The results show that under bounded rationality,the manufacturing enterprises will choose the incomplete open strategy,and the decision-making is affected by the risk coefficient of knowledge leakage,knowledge cost,knowledge hiding coefficient,knowledge absorption ability of partners,and liquidated damages.Based on this,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
