Research on Service Function and Service Model of Technological Innovation Method Oriented to Innovation Subjects in Hubei |

Abstract To serve the main innovation subjects and strengthen the first driving force of innovation, which had become an important proposition under the background of the strategy implementation of the rise of central China and the promotion of high-quality development in Hubei province. Based on the analysis of the theory and application of innovative methods, this paper clarified the service functions of technological innovation methods in the fields of innovative thinking expansion, innovative efficiency enhancement, innovative talents training, industrial evolution and upgrading, patent strategy implementation, and put forward that the application of technological innovation methods was an effective support for the main body of service innovation and strengthening the motive force of innovation. At the same time, taking Hubei province as an example, this paper analized and concluded the main categories of innovation subjects, the current situation of innovation activities and the application needs of technology innovation methods at the present stage, and condensed the service modes of technology innovation methods for different innovation subjects. Finally, specific suggestions were put forward from the aspects of strengthening the public welfare attributes of innovative methods, promoting the implementation of innovative methods and improving the quality of innovative methods teachers' training.
