| Building Innovative Ecosystem based on Large Scientific Infrastructure：Rainforest Model and Evolutionary Transaction Cost |

Abstract The agglomeration of various types of large scientific infrastructure (LSI) in certain area can realize the agglomeration of talents from the fields such as basic scientific research, engineering technology application and industrial enterprises, etc., as well as the agglomeration of innovational capitals. Rainforest model, which has the characteristics of biodiversity accumulation, rapid flow of innovative elements and mutually beneficial symbiosis, is used to describe a dynamic innovative ecosystem and explain the operating mechanism of innovative ecosystem. From the perspective of "rainforest model" and evolutionary transaction cost, this paper analyses the historical evolution and development status of innovation ecosystem built on LSI, and it is also suggested that innovating the investment model of LSI will be beneficial to the construction of the organizational basis and individual motivation for the evolution of large scientific facilities cluster into "tropical rainforest".
