Evaluation of Innovation Efficiency of High-tech Industry and Research on the Factor Input Difference |

Abstract The development of high-tech industries and the improvement of competitive advantages depend on the improvement of technological innovation capabilities. This paper takes the subordinate industries of high-tech industry as the research object, uses DEA-Malmquist index method to analyze the dynamic efficiency change value of each industry in high-tech industry, and uses the entropy method to determine the weight of selected input indicators, then uses the gray correlation analysis method to deeply study the contribution of each input factor to output. The results show that: (1)China's high-tech industry has the lowest total factor productivity in 2014-2015, but the overall development trend of innovation efficiency is better; (2)technological progress efficiency is the main factor affecting the change of total factor productivity; (3)the contribution of the same indicators in different industries is quite different, mainly due to the difference between the input intensity of the indicators and the difference in technological innovation capabilities.
