| Research on Regional Demand Trend of Scientific and Technological Innovative Talents |

Abstract Scientific and technological innovative talents are an important supporting force for structural transformation and high-quality economic and social development. By using the grey system GM (1,1) model, this paper predicted and compared the demand of innovative talents in Sichuan, Shaanxi and Shanghai from 2017 to 2021.The results of R show that the demand for scientific and technological innovative talents of the three regions is increasing steadily, but there are regional differences in the growth rate. A new regional imbalance of the development of scientific and technological innovative talents will gradually take shape, and the regional competition for talents will further intensify. Increasing the cultivation of scientific and technological innovative talents and regulating talent competition should become the national talent policy. Accelerating the industrial transformation and upgrading, optimizing the talent ecological environment and improving the matching degree between talent and industry are not only the key to optimize the allocation efficiency of talent resources, but also the focus of regional talent management.
