Abstract Based on interactionist's perspective of organizational creativity, the paper discusses the mechanism of core selfevaluation to employee creativity through harmonious passion from the perspective of intrinsic motivation, analyzes employee samples within 11 departments of manufacturing enterprise, and finds that core selfevaluation has positive impact on employee creativity significantly. There is significant positive correlation between core selfevaluation and harmonious passion, harmonious passion and creativity as well. Harmonious passion is mediation variable of core selfevaluation affecting creativity, which is moderated by team members exchange relationships.
