Abstract By using MaxDEA software, CCR model, BCC model and shadow price analysis are used to construct the combined DEA model to evaluate the technical innovation performance of equipment manufacturing industry. According to the results of the evaluation, the author analyzes the result of the simulation, and divides the equipment manufacturing industry and its sub-industries into the comprehensive force-the complex growth type, the policy incentive force -the steady growth type, the government support Force-fluctuation growth type. Finally, according to the performance evaluation and simulation results, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the equipment manufacturing industry and its sub-industries, as well as the further strengthening of the government’s force.
