Dynamic Capability Promotion-Oriented Research on Organizational Learning of New Venture Enterprises |

Abstract Dynamic capability is an important foundation for the survival and development of new enterprises. The organizational learning of new ventures should be guided by dynamic ability promotion and be conducted according to identification, acquisition and development of entrepreneurial opportunities. This study suggests that organizational learning of new enterprises is mainly influenced by knowledge base, mental model and the strategic consensus of the entrepreneurs, and knowledge management ability, organizational culture and social capital of the new enterprises. Therefore, the entrepreneurs should always keep learning and lead the organizational learning actively. Strengthen knowledge management foundation, plan organizational learning, and enhance relevant guidance and training of staff organizational learning in order to develop start-ups into learning organization and strengthen the development and utilization of social capital. This study will help people understand the rules of organizational learning in new enterprises better, and promote dynamic capability through the scientific management of organization learning.
