Abstract Resource is the basis of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises cluster. Made an research on Resource structure of cluster enterprise transformation and upgrading in the view of perspective of resource endowment, differentiate the resource demand of cluster enterprises in different type and size. The results shows that: cluster enterprises transformation and upgrading resources composed of market resources, technical resources, financial resources and human resources; the market resource requirement in buyer-driven industry cluster enterprises is higher than that of the producer-driven enterprises in industrial clusters, the producer-driven industry set group enterprise technical resources demand was significantly higher than that of the buyer driven industry clusters; resources demanded by cluster enterprise in different scale presented "inverted U" phenomenon, medium-sized enterprise resource demand was significantly higher than that of small and large firms.
