1 Scenario-based Innovation Value Creation Mechanism from the Perspective of Big Data-based Cooperative Assets
Zou Bo,Yang Xiaolong,Liu Chang
As the development of digital technologies continues, scenario-based innovation driven by digital technologies has become a great concern. It is the process of applying existing digital technologies to specific scenarios to generate value. However, previous research primarily focused on transaction value and application value created by conventional product innovation without a deep revelation about the creation mechanism of scenario value. In the context of digitalization, the value creation of scenario-based innovation manifests two prominent features: on the one hand, the resource of scenario-based innovation value creation relies more on big data; on the other hand, the process of scenario-based innovation emphasizes the co-creation between users and enterprises. The theory of big-data-based cooperative assets holds the view that enterprises and consumers could transform into digital assets that could be possessed and utilized by each other and generate current or future economic returns during the digital service interaction process, of which the core proposition could theoretically provide internal logic to the value creation mechanism of scenario-based innovation.#br#Therefore, this paper combines the theory of big data-based cooperative assets with scenario-based innovation, proposes the concept of scenario-based big data cooperative asset, and discusses its four types with practical examples to deeply explore the value creation mechanism of scenario-based innovation.#br#Three findings are presented in this paper. Firstly, the content and features of scenario value are identified. Scenario value is defined as the experience value perceived by customers in the case of the matchingbetween the product service and the time, space, and emotional state where the customers are positioned. It has three features derived from the interaction between enterprises and customers: co-creativity, experience and adaptability. Co-creativity highlights the feature of value creation process, while experience and adaptability emphasize the features of the demand side and supply side relatively. In addition, experience and adaptability are outcomes of co-creativity. Secondly, the concept of scenario-based big data cooperative assets is proposed. It refers to the transformation of enterprises and customers into digital assets through digital service interaction in the context composed of time, space, and behavior relations. On the one hand, the proposition of scenario-based big data cooperative assets provides a theoretical lens for the mechanism of scenario-based innovation in the digital economy. It not only fundamentally answers the question of the source of factors in scenario-based innovation, but also shares the same internal logic as scenario-based innovation. On the other hand, the proposition of scenario-based big data cooperative assets extends the big data-based cooperative asset from the perspective of application. It acts as a micro-depiction of the digital assets generated from the interaction between users and enterprises in the digital economy, comprehensively revealing the underlying mechanism of the bilateral interaction between users and enterprises of scenario value creation process. Thirdly, four types of scenario-based big data cooperative asset are divided by two dimensions of the online/offline scenes and the proactiveness of enterprises/users: enterprise-led online scenario, enterprise-led offline scenario, user-led online scenario, and user-led offline scenario. There are generalities and differences of the value creation mechanisms of these four types in the dimensions of the agents, processes, and outcomes of value creation. This paper reveals the mechanism logic of value creation of scenario-based innovation based on the analysis above. First, the big data transforms to scenario-based big data cooperative assets based on the data-generated scenarios and agent-led behaviors. Second, the value creation based on the scenario-based big data cooperative assets is realized through the digital interaction between the enterprises and users.#br#Different from the previous literature that mainly focused on value creation by conventional product innovation, this paper introduces the theory of big data-based cooperative assets as theoretical lens to explore the value creation mechanism and logic of scenario-based innovation in digital economy, which extends the research on scenario-based innovation by revealing its value creation mechanism and facilitates the application of big data-based cooperative assets. This paper suggests that different characteristics of big data-based cooperative assets in various contexts should be analyzed in detail in future research, and the research on value creation mechanism of scenario-based innovation should be combined with frontier practice.#br#

10 How the Context of Industrial Internet Platform Drives Business Ecosystem Innovation: A Longitudinal Case Study of Huitongda
Huang Xue,Shen Hao,Wang Donghan
With the development of information technology, China has moved from the consumer Internet stage to the industrial Internet stage. The industrial Internet platform is a cloud platform based on the Internet of Things, supported by interconnection capabilities based on digital technology, and targeted at enterprise users. Extensive connectivity enables the industrial Internet platform to greatly promote the development of the business ecosystem. In the digital business environment, the competition among enterprises has gradually turned to the competition among business ecosystems, and the innovation of business ecosystem is the guarantee for enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantages. Therefore, it is a key theoretical problem to study how the industrial internet platform drives the innovation of the business ecosystem. In the era of the digital economy, context has become a new paradigm that drives service innovation and business ecosystem innovation of the industrial Internet platform. Context-driven innovation is the process of breaking through the existing model and developing new technologies, products, services and ecological networks based on the diversified demands of the context. As the key empowerment dimension of the industrial Internet platform, digital empowerment is the key mechanism of context-driven business ecosystem innovation. However, the existing studies have not paid enough attention to the relationship among context-driven innovation, digital empowerment and business ecosystem innovation, and have failed to reveal the complex dynamic mechanism of context-driven business ecosystem innovation.#br#In view of this, this paper studies how the industrial internet platform can drive business ecosystem innovation through digital empowerment in different contexts. According to the principles of typicality and inspiration, Huitongda is selected for the study. In order to enhance the reliability and validity of the data and conclusions, this study collects data through various methods to form a triangular verification, including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and second-hand information. By performing the three-level encoding on the data, 28 first-order concepts, 12 second-order themes and 4 aggregate constructs are obtained. On the basis of data coding, this paper analyzes the evolution process of Huitongda's business ecosystem, and constructs a mechanism model of context-driven business ecosystem innovation.#br#The results show that (1) the evolution process includes three stages: transaction context-network construction, service context-network extension, and open context-network enhancement. (2) The logical basis of context-driven business ecosystem innovation is "context insight-context creation-context empowerment-network innovation". Context insight determines what kind of application context the platform should create, and each context acts on stakeholders through digital empowerment to realize the expansion of the business ecological network and value co-creation. (3) The dynamic mechanism of context-driven business ecosystem innovation is the value co-creation subject (the ecological network node) and object (business value and social value) innovation driven by the digital empowerment of the context under the "triple embedding". Contextual insights are based on the excavation of pain points, the arrangement of resources and the traction of missions. On the one hand, context creation depends on the structural support of digital technology. On the other hand, it depends on the institutional support of social relations. Requirements, technology and relationships collectively trigger context innovation, and the digital empowerment of each context triggers business ecosystem innovation.#br#In summary, this paper creatively proposes the mechanism model of context-driven business ecosystem innovation, which contributes to the relevant research of context-driven innovation theory, business ecosystem innovation theory and digital empowerment theory; moreover, it constructs a digital empowerment system covering seven aspects of three dimensions, which enriches the research results on the methods of digital empowerment. The research conclusions of this study provide useful reference for the context innovation and the business ecosystem construction of platform enterprises and start-up enterprises. First, enterprises should strengthen their ability to identify demand because the essence of context innovation is to accurately meet the needs of users. Second, it is essential to make good use of social relations, because trust can improve the efficiency of the business ecosystem. Finally, enterprises should cultivate a sense of symbiosis and altruism, and create social value together with stakeholders.#br#

It is a historic strategic opportunity that cannot be ignored. Artificial intelligence is regarded as the main development direction of national information technology and the Chinese government is making every effort to integrate artificial intelligence technology with real economy development. Additionally, the government strongly proposes to actively explore and continuously develop the opportunities of artificial intelligence application scenarios and create significant scenarios in the medical field, with a more intelligent city and a more intimate society as the guide. In recent years, domestic and foreign technology enterprises, traditional medical device providers, and related scientific research teams are actively promoting the intelligent upgrade of the medical and health industry to provide more efficient and convenient services for patients, medical practitioners, medical institutions, and medical research teams. Since 2020, intelligent medical products and services have provided important support and guarantees for epidemic prevention, control and vaccine research. As a result, the penetration of artificial intelligence technology in the medical field is accelerating, and the application scenarios are becoming more diverse. A comprehensive review of existing relevant studies shows that the research achievements of scenario-driven innovation and the intelligent medical industry have been continuously enriched in recent years, but the intelligent medical industry is still in its infancy. As an emerging industry, the intelligent medical industry lacks systematic identification and industry analysis based on scenario-themed classification processing.#br#It is conducive to a better understanding of the development of this industry and figuring out potential opportunities and challenges to identify the application scenarios of the industry from three dimensions of technology, market and policy. Therefore, by taking 53 581 intelligent medical patents as the source data and using the LDA thematic model to identify the application scenarios of the intelligent medical industry, this paper explores the evolution of China's intelligent medical industry in the three dimensions by combining the results of application scenario recognition and conducting an analysis framework of industry evolution. It first introduces the technological evolution of the intelligent medical industry through the analysis of patents and technologies. Second, it clarifies the market analysis from the perspective of market scale and application scenarios, showing China's current situation in every aspect of intelligent medicine. Third, it illustrates the domestic policy related to the intelligent medical industry, presenting the concern and attention to the development of this cutting-edge industry at the national level.#br#In conclusion, this study discovers 12 application scenarios of the intelligent medical industry, and identifies 5 major application scenarios based on the theme meanings and the industry's current status, including intelligent diagnosis and treatment, medical robots, drug development, intelligent medical imaging, and intelligent health management. In terms of technology, intelligent medical technology is in a stage of continuous innovation and development, and China's key research and development directions are laid out in various application fields. In terms of the market, different types of enterprises at home and abroad have actively explored the five application scenarios of the industry with different focuses. The market scale is gradually expanding, but the products and medical solutions are still in the stage of scenario testing. In terms of policies, China has tried to use a variety of policy tools to comprehensively support the development of the intelligent medical industry in an all-round way. However, there are degree differences in the policy support in different application scenarios. #br#This paper enriches the current research on intelligent medical application scenario identification and industrial evolution, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the industry. Meanwhile, it provides data reference and decision-making support for China's intelligent medical industry planning and policymaking in the future.#br#

31 The Influence of Design-driven Intelligent Product Innovation, Perceived Emotion and Word-of-mouth Communication from the Perspective of Context
Lai Hongbo,Yang Zichan
The development of information technology has made data information an important tool for exploring users' real needs in today's society, and various consumption contexts composed of data information are more important paths to identifying user demand. Intelligent products, as the core components of context, will innovate under the guidance of context theory to better meet user needs. The single technology-driven innovation model is no longer suitable for the needs of product innovation in today's era. While design, as an important innovation driving force in today's era, is receiving more and more attention from researchers. Therefore, the driving effect of design on intelligent product innovation should also be given more attention. The perceived emotions generated by consumers towards products can more finely display consumer preferences, and word-of-mouth communication which is an important component of consumer behavior, can better reflect consumers' acceptance of products. Thus, this article chooses to study the relationship between intelligent products under design-driven innovation, perceived emotions, and word-of-mouth communication under the guidance of the perspective of context to fill the gap in related research fields.#br#This article first summarizes the relevant definitions and composition of context and proves that intelligent products play an important role in contexts. The context should be composed of five major elements: intelligent products, big data, mobile apps, sensors, and positioning systems. Second, it conducts a literature review and induction of design-driven product innovation. On the one hand, the important driving role of design in product innovation is clarified; on the other hand, it is determined that research should start with the three dimensions of design-driven innovation: aesthetics, semantics and interaction of intelligent products. Furthermore, by constructing a model of design-driven intelligent product innovation dimensions, perceived emotions, and word-of-mouth communication, it explores the relationship among the three dimensions of intelligent products and word-of-mouth communication, and focuses on the mediating role of customers' perceived emotions to analyze the innovation mechanism of intelligent products, while perceived emotions can be divided into two dimensions: "pleasure" and "arousal". Finally, it collects empirical analysis data through a questionnaire survey on the customers of intelligent products and tests the mediation effect through data analysis software.#br#The results show that the aesthetic, semantic and interactive dimensions of design-driven intelligent product innovation have significant positive effects on perceived emotion and word-of-mouth communication, and "pleasure" and "arousal" in perceived emotion play mediation roles between different design dimensions and word-of-mouth communication, which is reconfirmed in the further chain mediation effect test, and "pleasure" is proven to have a stronger mediation effect than "arousal". As a result, this article proposes three suggestions: first, the guiding role of context based thinking in intelligent product innovation, user-centeredness, and the differentiated needs of users in different contexts should be stressed; second, in product innovation, emphasis should be placed on bringing high comfort, rather than deliberately pursuing novelty and differentiation; third, the interactive experience of the products is also essential, because as the core function of intelligent products, the functional design of interactive functions will greatly affect the realization of context value.#br#In conclusion, the research contributions of this article mainly include the following points. It is pointed out firstly that the context theory is mainly divided into product contexts and media contexts, with intelligent products being an important component of product contexts. This result enhances researchers' attention to researching intelligent products, especially intelligent products in contexts, and provides clearer research ideas for conducting studies of contexts. Furthermore, it summarizes the constituent elements and characteristics of product contexts through research on previous literature and practical experience, which provides assistance in a more detailed exploration of the functions and innovation paths of each element in the product contexts. Lastly, the empirical analysis results provide new references for the production and design of intelligent products, assist in the successful implementation and application of intelligent technology, and provide stronger assistance for the realization of context value.#br#

41 The Road to Green Development: How Green Bonds Promotes Green Technological Innovation
Shen Yue,Zheng Jinlin,Jiang Yaohui
Green finance is crucial in facilitating the development of ecologically sustainable technological progress, stimulating the expansion of green and low-carbon industries, and propelling the endeavor towards achieving carbon neutrality. Previous studies have indicated that the advancement of green technology is more reliant on financial support compared to general technological innovation. This is primarily due to the challenges associated with green technological innovation and green investment, including high levels of return uncertainty, lengthy investment cycles, substantial scale requirements, inadequate mechanisms for information disclosure, ambiguous definitions of green standards, and elevated evaluation costs. Therefore, the exploration and resolution of the fundamental issue concerning the promotion of green science and technology innovation via green financing, and its role in effectively attaining the objective of carbon neutrality, have emerged as significant subjects warranting scholarly investigation. The green bond is a financial instrument within the green financial system that serves as a direct financing channel. It offers notable benefits in terms of debt repayment cycle and information disclosure when compared to green credit. Additionally, it enhances the ease of financing for enterprises, reduces financing costs, and improves the structure of debt maturity. Consequently, it effectively addresses the financing constraints faced by enterprises, enabling the provision of long-term and stable funds for green research and development projects. Ultimately, this has a profound impact on green technology innovation activities.#br#In order to investigate the impact of green bonds on green innovation through an empirical approach, this study takes the issuance of green bonds by firms as an important event. It focuses on China's main board listed companies as the research subjects and use the difference-in-differences model to analyze the influence of green bonds on green technological innovation. This study obtains data on green bonds by identifying bond codes and bond names. Subsequently, the study compares this data with listed corporations to determine the enterprises that have issued green bonds and the corresponding issuance dates. Ultimately, a total of 3 197 enterprises are retained, resulting in 23 625 observation samples.#br#The research reveals that green bonds have a substantial impact on the advancement of green technological innovation. This conclusion remains valid even after conducting rigorous testing to ensure the reliability and validity of the findings. Mechanistic analysis have revealed that the issuance of green bonds serves to foster green technological innovation through the facilitation of corporate finance and the enhancement of the debt maturity structure. Consequently, this mitigates the limitations associated with financing constraints. Furthermore, this study reveals that green bonds exhibit a noteworthy signaling effect, as evidenced by the heightened public attention directed towards the corporations issuing these bonds. Heterogeneity analyses indicate that the presence of a rigorous intellectual property protection system, a high degree of corporate environmental responsibility, and a substantial level of government subsidies can enhance the effectiveness of green bonds in promoting innovation in green technology. Further analyses have demonstrated that the green bonds contributes to the enhancement of both the economic and environmental performance of firms. The conclusion confirms that there is a need for ongoing enhancement of rules and regulations pertaining to the issuance of green bonds by enterprises. Additionally, it is recommended to expand the financing mechanism for green bonds and offer supportive services within the green technology innovation system. These measures are deemed necessary in order to facilitate the transition towards a greener socio-economic development and the establishment of a sustainable ecological civilization.#br#There are two potential marginal contributions in this study. Firstly, it examines the mediating mechanism via which green bonds facilitate the advancement of green technological innovation, focusing specifically on the bond financing function. Secondly, this study enhances comprehension about the significance of green finance in facilitating the advancement of environmentally-friendly technological innovations, specifically focusing on the utilization of green bonds. The findings of this study provide empirical evidence that aligns with the theoretical framework. Specifically, this study demonstrates that green bonds play a significant role in fostering green technological innovation by addressing financial limitations. Additionally, the study highlights that an effective intellectual property protection system, a strong commitment to corporate environmental responsibility, and substantial government subsidies can further enhance the impact of green bonds on promoting green technological innovation.#br#

51 Hybrid Disruptive Innovation Models of Electric Vehicles in the Background of Digital Intelligence:The Cases of BYD and Tesla
Zhang Shusheng,Chen Jin
The great changes in the automotive industry in a short period of time stem from the rapid development of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, battery technology, etc. The continuous innovation of battery technology has solved the problem of the "Achilles' heel" of new energy vehicles, which has triggered significant changes in the global automotive industry. In less than thirty years, the automotive industry has undergone two disruptive innovations, and this type of internal disruption is a unique and significant feature of China's automotive industry. Taking advantage of disruptive innovation, Chinese automobile companies have leapfrogged development.#br#With the gradual enrichment of research on high-end and cross-border disruptive innovation as well as the embedding of the Chinese context in disruptive innovation research, theoretical research on disruptive innovation in the Chinese context has been improved. However, research on disruptive innovation theories in the Chinese context is mostly based on traditional low-end and new market disruption, and there is insufficient research on new phenomena such as high-end disruption and cross-border integrated disruption. A relatively complete and strong explanatory theory on representative disruptive innovation in China has not yet been formed.#br#The new ecological market for electric vehicles has reached a certain scale with the development of electric vehicle technology, which has constituted a creative destruction of the traditional automotive market. China has a comprehensive advantage in the innovation ecosystem of the new energy vehicle industry. As a leading enterprise in the production of electric vehicles in China, BYD, in the early stage of its development, adopted the reverse innovation method to build a modular vertical integration model of the whole industrial chain to carry out disruptive innovation, and transform capital-intensive industries into labor-intensive industries. By fully combining technology and labor, BYD has obtained cost advantages and product performance in a unique way. As an international leading enterprise, Tesla values its architectural innovation as the main source of its competitive advantage. In the early stage of development, it chose an open modular product architecture and successfully broke through market barriers to enter the new energy vehicle market. At present, relevant literature has conducted research on the value co-creation paths and models of disruptive innovation in the automotive industry, but there is still little literature on the hybrid disruptive innovation of low-end and high-end cross-border disruptive innovation to study the new energy innovation transformation mode of the automotive industry. Therefore, this article selects the new energy vehicle industry to study the low-end cross-border disruptive innovation model led by BYD and the high-end cross-border disruptive innovation model led by Tesla. Within the disruptive innovation framework, the double case study method is used to select the technology paradigm, cost model, value network, and product attributes as the analysis variables to complete the comprehensive deconstruction of BYD and Tesla's disruptive innovation development in the past 20 years.#br#The conclusion shows that BYD has completed the paradigm shift through reverse innovation, vertical integration innovation and innovation ecology and achieved the leapfrog development of low-end cross-border disruptive innovation from bottom to top with the completion of the fifth new disruptive innovation in the automotive industry. Tesla has achieved a transformation of American cars from the "Detroit model" to the "Silicon Valley model", and achieved a "top-down" high-end cross-border disruptive innovation in the automotive industry. The face-to-face competition between BYD and Tesla in the Chinese context is a combination of two different cross-border disruptive innovation models that occur simultaneously within the same industry during the same period, creating hybrid disruptive innovation.#br#By studying the innovation models of BYD and Tesla in different contexts within the framework of disruptive innovation, the study enriches the research cases and situational theory of disruptive innovation. It further analyzes the mechanisms and paths of disruptive innovation of both low-end and high-end cross-border within the same industry during the same period, and proposes the concept of hybrid disruptive innovation, enriching the theory of disruptive innovation. In the context of China, BYD has realized the transformation from fuel to new energy vehicles through a paradigm shift, and has transcended traditional local and joint ventures to successfully achieve lane changing and overtaking, which is one of the typical successful cases of the Chinese path to modernization.#br#

61 Innovation Capability Slack and Value Creation: The Mediating Role of Cooperative Relationships from the Perspective of Social Exchange Theory
Dong Jinjin,Liu Jiashu,Lei Yuyan
The temporarily idle innovation capability in enterprises forms the innovation capability slack. In face of VUCA, it is still uncertain whether the innovation capability slack can play a "buffer" role like the organizational slack of physical resources and help enterprises cope with the external crisis environment. In order to explore the potential role and value creation mechanism of innovation capability slack and seek the path for enterprises to improve their resilience, this paper takes value creation as the transmission system of enterprise resilience, and analyzes the impact of innovation capability slack on long-term and short-term value creation through large sample survey data. At the same time, this paper discusses the relationship between innovation capacity slack, cooperation and value creation of high-tech enterprises in the context of social exchange theory. #br#The study takes Chinese high-tech enterprises as the research object and obtains 427 effective data through a large sample survey. On the one hand, the differences in creating long-term and short-term value of different types of innovation capacity slack are clarified based on regression analysis and semipartial correlation analysis; on the other hand, through the mediation analysis and bootstrap test, the mediation effect of cooperation on the relationship between innovation capability slack and value creation is verified. The study finds that compared with the unabsorbed innovation capability slack which has not been fully absorbed by the enterprise, it is easier for the absorbed innovation capability slack to promote the enterprise performance. At the same time, the unabsorbed innovation capability slack is more likely to promote the enterprise to realize its own market value improvement than the absorbed innovation capability slack. There is a significant difference in the mediating role of contract relationship between innovation capability slack and long-term and short-term value creation. In addition, interpersonal relationship can play a significant role in mediating the effects of two kinds of innovation capacity slack on long-term and short-term value creation.#br#Compared with the existing research, this paper has the following innovations. First, in most of the existing literatures the innovation capability of enterprises is in the "utilized" state, and the impact that the innovation capability is in the "unused" state may have on value creation is seldom discussed. This study focuses on the idle state of innovation ability, builds a new perspective on the cognition of innovation ability, and makes up for the deficiency of previous studies on the "unused" state of innovation ability. Secondly, on the basis of the strategic significance of organizational slack, this study distinguishes the short-term and long-term performance of value creation from the perspective of time, and analyzes the difference and mechanism of the impact of the two types of innovation capability slack on short-term and long-term value creation, breaking through the deficiency of previous studies that only focused on the impact of physical resource slack on a single type of performance (such as enterprise performance or innovation performance). Third, combined with the exchange behavior of innovation capability slack among enterprises, this study distinguishes two typical cooperative relationships between enterprises from the perspective of social exchange theory, and through empirical analysis, it discusses the differences and the mechanism of the mediating role of contractual relationship and interpersonal relationship on the relationship between innovation capability slack and value creation.#br#Therefore for enterprises, the quantitative structure of the absorbed and unabsorbed innovation capability slack in a specific period should be reasonably allocated. Managers need to maintain flexible governance of innovation capability slack in combination with changes in value creation goals. Finally, it is more suitable for enterprises to pursue short-term value creation goals through innovation capability slack. However, given the risk of supply interruption of innovation resources and the pressure of market value expansion without interpersonal relationship cooperation, it is vital to establish a more stable and formal contractual relationship that will be more conducive to the pursuit of market value objectives by enterprises.#br#

72 How Industry Heterogeneity Affect the Green Economic Efficiency of High-tech Industry Agglomeration
Zhang Na,Deng Jinqian
With the increasingly prominent issues of ecological deterioration, environmental pollution and resource shortages, green development has become an important means to balance environmental protection and economic growth, and an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of China. There is a direct logical relationship between the development of green economy and industrial structure and layout. As an important carrier of regional economic development, the high-tech industry bears the characteristics of resource conservation and environment-friendliness. Its agglomeration has strong technology spillover and scale effects, and has a significant impact on regional green economic efficiency.#br#The high-tech industry includes various major industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronic and communication equipment manufacturing, and secondary s subsectors. On the one hand, there are great differences in the agglomeration level and spatial distribution of these major industries. On the other hand, there are also significant differences in industry characteristics within the segmented industries in terms of property rights structure, enterprise scale, technology intensity and enterprise viability. These industry characteristics have a synergistic effect with the agglomeration effect of high-tech industry, which leads to a change in the influence mechanism of high-tech industry agglomeration on green economic efficiency. Therefore, through theoretical analysis, this paper proposes the following four research hypotheses. H1: In the high-tech industry agglomeration area, the higher the proportion of state-owned property rights in segmented industries, the stronger the promoting effect of industrial agglomeration on green economic efficiency. H2: In the high-tech industry cluster area, the larger the scale of enterprises in segmented industries, the more beneficial it is to enhance the role of industrial agglomeration in promoting the efficiency of green economy. H3: In the high-tech industry cluster area, the impact of technology intensity in segmented industries on green economic efficiency may vary among different industries. In industries with high technological barriers, the higher the technology intensity, the less conducive it is to stimulating the green economic efficiency of high-tech industry agglomeration. H4: In the high-tech industry agglomeration area, the self-sufficiency of segmented industry enterprises can enhance the promoting effect of industrial agglomeration on green economic efficiency, and this effect is stronger in industries with higher technological barriers.#br#In this paper, the panel data of 15 sub-sectors of the high-tech industry in China from 2001 to 2020 is collected to empirically test the hypothesis mentioned above. The global super-efficiency SBM model which includes resource consumption, environmental benefit and undesirable output is used to measure the efficiency of green economy. The EG index is used to measure the agglomeration level of the high-tech industry and its major categories. On this basis, a moderating effect model is constructed to examine how industry heterogeneity affects the green economic efficiency of high-tech industry agglomeration in four dimensions: property rights structure, enterprise scale, technology intensity and enterprise viability. The results show that high tech industrial agglomeration can significantly improve the efficiency of green economy, and this effect is greater in high-tech sub industries with higher proportion of state-owned property rights; the expansion of average enterprise scale has enhanced the green economic efficiency of industrial agglomeration in pharmaceutical manufacturing, electronic and communication equipment manufacturing, medical instrument and instrument manufacturing, but it is not significant in computer and office equipment manufacturing; high technology intensity has enhanced the green economic efficiency of industrial agglomeration in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical equipment and instrument manufacturing, but it has a negative impact on electronic and communication equipment manufacturing, computer and office equipment manufacturing; the viability of enterprises can enhance the green economic efficiency of industrial agglomeration of electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry, computer and office equipment manufacturing industry, which is not significant in other major industries.#br#Hence, this paper emphasizes the need to strengthen the leading role of state-owned property rights and their regulatory mechanism, further develop and strengthen large-scale high-tech enterprises, accelerate cooperation and mergers and acquisitions between enterprises, establish the entire industrial chain, and cultivate a group of enterprises above scale. It further highlights the leadership of green technology, and calls for the promotion of the market-oriented application of green technology innovation achievements, and the acceleration of the reform of high-end, intelligent and green traditional high-tech industries.#br#

82 The Formation Path of Technology Bottlenecks and the Strategy Selection: A Case Study of the Chip Industry
Han Zhen,Zhao Yuheng,Zhao Li,Yan Lanqing
With the rising protectionism and anti-globalization sentiment in the world, the economies of China and the United States have changed from a positive-sum game to a zero-sum game. The US has implemented technological containment on multiple Chinese companies in core areas such as chips, high-end materials, equipment, systems, and specialized software, leading to a serious shortage on the supply side and a strong dependence on exogenous chips on the demand side in China. In order to ensure China's economic development and national security, it is essential to reveal the formation mechanism and solution path of technology bottlenecks and make breakthroughs in bottleneck problems.#br#Aiming at the current technology bottlenecks in China, this paper carries out field interviews, surveys and desk data analysis, and summarizes the core categories based on grounded theory; then, according to the strategic management research framework, it clarifies the internal correlation between the core categories through the case study of chip manufacturing technology and constructs the problem formation mechanism and solution path.#br#First, both investigation and desk data analysis are taken into account to diversify data acquisition channels and meet the dynamic and temporal requirements of subsequent research. Second, grounded theory is used to carry out multi-level coding of data and refine some core concepts that reflect the cause of the problem. Meanwhile, to systematically reveal the interrelationships and mechanisms of core concepts, this study takes the technologically backward parties as the research subjects, introduces a strategic management analysis framework, and constructs an analysis framework based on target positioning, environmental analysis, result evaluation strategy selection to reveal the formation mechanism and seek a solution path. On this basis, a case study is conducted on the technological containment process in the chip industry.#br#The research shows that five core categories can be extracted around the bottleneck problem, technical feature position reflects the marketing attributes of key core technologies, which is the premise of the formation of the problem. The situation of technology competition reflects the current situation and degree of disadvantage of such technologies; the technical blockade barrier reflects the way and threat degree of technological containment, which are the internal and external causes of the problem. Safety and controllability reflect the hidden dangers and impacts of the above factors. The selection of a technical cracking mode requires comprehensive consideration of the influence degree and path difference of each element and a targeted strategy.#br#Besides, the technological blockade process adopted by the United States can be divided into four stages. The first trade friction stage is marked by increasing tariffs, which have hindered domestic enterprise exports. The second partial control stage, represented by the ZTE incident, destroyed the existing global supply chain and industrial division of labor directly. Third, in the comprehensive lockdown stage, the "Chips and Science Act" was introduced to comprehensively block Chinese products, enterprises and universities. In the final control stage, specific advanced computing integrated circuits and semiconductors were precisely controlled through the modification of regulations.#br#The following conclusions are drawn. First, combined with the characteristics of the technology bottlenecks, the relevant technologies play a decisive role in industrial development. Thus, it is essential to strengthen the intensity of basic research through top-level design and boost the enthusiasm of different research and development entities to carry out breakthrough research by utilizing large central enterprises, research institutes, and other institutions. Through specialized, refined, and innovative enterprises, the deficiencies of the industry chain can be remedied to assist chip enterprises. Second, it is necessary to consider the internal and external factors of the talent shortage. The shortage of domestic chip talents directly affects the technological competitiveness of enterprises, while the external driving force of talent blockade exacerbates this performance. This study clearly reveals the path differences that arise from the technology bottleneck problems, providing a more scientific and credible theoretical basis and support for subsequent path comparison analysis and corresponding strategy formulation.#br#

92 The Realization Mechanism of Leapfrog Upgrading of China's Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises: the Logic and Path of Digital Technology Empowerment
Zhang Yueyue,Wang Xiaoping,Feng Renguang
China's equipment manufacturing industry has developed rapidly when deeply embedding itself into the global value chain. However, the international competitiveness of China's equipment manufacturing products does not match with the industrial scale, especially China still lags far behind of developed countries in the advanced equipment manufacturing. Under the influence of a complex and turbulent external environment, such as the repeated outbreak of COVID-19 and the increasingly severe trend of anti-globalization, the path of the traditional pattern and extensive development has become impractical. China's equipment manufacturing enterprises urgently need to change a new upgrading path that can truly help to achieve functional upgrading and chain upgrading. The rapid development of digital technologies such as big data and cloud computing has created good external technical conditions for the transformation and upgrading of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises. Because of its fast connectivity, digital technology can over come the limitations of time, space and industrial upgrading, helping enterprises to achieve a positive feedback mechanism in internal and external networks, and thus solving the current problem of internal and external resource gaps. This paper focuses on how to make full use of the leapfrog upgrading opportunities brought by digital technology for China's equipment manufacturing enterprises to explore an effective upgrading path suitable under the new pattern of double circulation.#br#The logic of enabling China's equipment manufacturing enterprises with leapfrog upgrading by digital technology includes efficiency and flexibility. In terms of efficiency, digital technology can improve the scale efficiency and diversification efficiency of equipment manufacturing enterprises, help enterprises to improve the production and management process efficiency, and then obtain scale economy dividends and scope economy dividends. In terms of flexibility, digital technology can reduce the problem of information asymmetry among various entities, enhance the accessibility of diversified resources, and help enterprises obtain increasingly dynamic and personalized value-added space. The process of enterprises using digital technology is a phased evolution process. Under different upgrading modes, the form and degree of digital technology empowerment required are different. When enterprises seek to upgrade from capture level to independent level, they will carry out not only primary digital transformation, but also higher level digital transformation, that is, network level digitalization and ecological level digitalization. By comprehensively penetrating digitalization into the internal and external contacts of enterprises, enterprises can have instant information interaction and collaboration with relevant subjects.#br#The process of upgrading from low level to high level is also a process of leaping from low level innovation capability to high level innovation capability. Digital technology can enable enterprises' technological innovation in the whole chain process. In the technology acquisition stage, digital technology can quickly capture the relevance of things through machine learning of group intelligence. Enterprises can discover and capture different space technology knowledge to reach the leading edge of the industry, avoid the technology blockade of developed countries, and obtain frontier knowledge that meets the upgrading demands. In the stage of product development iteration, digital technology can help enterprises overcome the "non-local invention syndrome", obtain the idea of mass innovation in a wider range, and develop products at the world's leading level by integrating various R&D forces in the whole industry chain to carry out collaborative innovation. In the stage of technical value realization, digital technology can help to successfully promote products based on frontier technology upgrading to the high-end user market and fully demonstrate the product value. It will help China's equipment manufacturing enterprises achieve high-level and sustainable innovation by making full use of the enabling effect of digital technology at each stage of enterprise innovation .#br#At present, the application of digital technology in the field of equipment manufacturing is not comprehensive and deep enough. Many equipment manufacturing enterprises have not been able to carry out effective digital transformation. To fully tap the potential of digital technology empowerment, it is necessary to accelerate the leapfrog upgrading process of digital technology-enabled equipment manufacturing enterprises from five aspects of digital infrastructure construction, digital technology innovation, digital platform construction, digital technology application and governance system improvement, and the suggestions are proposed from three perspectives of digital technology providers, equipment manufacturing enterprises and optimization of the digital technology application environment.#br#

101 How Do the Configuration of Digitization and Organization Change Solve the Digital Transformation Paradox of SMEs?
Li Liwei,Huang Yihan
Digital transformation has become an inevitable choice for small and medium-sized enterprises. However, in practice, the application of digital technology has not improved the performance of enterprises, resulting in the digital transformation paradox. Whether digital transformation can promote the performance of SMEs depends not only on the application of digital technology but also on the alignment between digital technology and organizational change factors. The alignment between digital technology and organizational change is the key to realizing the value of digital technologies. Although some studies point out that human capital, organizational structure, and other organizational change elements should be paid attention to in the digital transformation process, how to match these organizational change elements with digital technologies to improve the performance of SMEs has not been fully studied.#br#Aiming at the above problems, this paper collects the survey data of 221 small and medium-sized enterprises in China and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore how the configuration of digitization and the five dimensions of organizational change-organization strategy, organization structure, business process, human capital and business model innovation affect the financial performance and innovation performance of SMEs.#br#The results show that digitization and organization change factors drive SMEs' financial performance and innovation performance in different ways. There are two paths for realizing high financial performance and three paths for realizing high innovation performance, and there are one path for leading non-high financial performance and two paths for leading non-high innovation performance. First, a single element such as digitization and organizational change factors is not the necessary condition for SMEs to achieve high digital transformation performance. The digital transformation performance of SMEs is affected by the configuration and synergistic effects of digitization and organizational change. Second, there are two configuration paths for small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve high financial performance: driven by business model innovation in the absence of digital strategies, and driven by collaborative innovation in organizational structure, business processes, and business models in highly digital situations. Third, there are three configuration paths for SMEs to achieve high innovation performance: the first path is to be collaboratively driven by organizational structure, human capital and business process change; the second is to be driven by human capital with digital strategy; and the third is to be synergistically driven by business process, business model and organizational structure with a high degree of digitization. Fourth, there is one configuration path of non-high financial performance and two configuration paths of non-high innovation performance in digital transformation. Business model innovation and organizational structure change are the core conditions in these three configurations. Fifth, the impact mechanisms of digitization and organizational change on corporate financial performance and innovation performance have both similarities and differences. From the perspective of similarity, the matching between digitization and organizational structure plays an important role in improving the financial performance and innovation performance; from the perspective of differences, the matching of digitization and business processes plays a synergistic role in improving the financial performance, while the matching of digitization and human capital plays a synergistic role in improving the innovation performance.#br#In summary, this paper adopts the configuration method to confirm the complex influence mechanism of different dimensions of digitization and organizational change on enterprise performance, and expands the research on the complementary and matching mechanism between information technology and organizational change; moreover, it integrates the financial performance and innovation performance of digital transformation into the research framework, and enriches the research on the relationship between digital transformation and enterprise's performance; by confirming that the antecedent configuration of high and non-high transformation performance is asymmetrical, the study deepens the theoretical understanding on the mechanism of digital transformation paradox.#br#These research conclusions provide new insights for explaining the paradox of digital transformation, and valuable enlightenment for small and medium-sized enterprises to realize the alignment and matching between digitization and organizational change. SMEs should attach importance to the alignment of digital technology and elements of different dimensions of organizational change to avoid the paradox of digital transformation and consider the different alignment relationships between digitization and the different dimensions of organizational change.#br#

111 Intra-firm Cooperation Networks and Innovation Performance Beyond the Catch-up Stage:The Moderating Role of Inter-firm Cooperation Networks
Sun Xiaoming,Wei Ying,Wang Wei,Wang Yalan,Wang Jingxue
With the continuous accumulation of resources and capabilities, more and more Chinese enterprises are catching up with the leading enterprises in various fields of industry. They usually have high market shares in the domestic market, and specific advantages in some technical fields in the international market, and thus they are able to compete with industry leaders. However, in order to maintain their existing technological dominance for a long time, western developed countries represented by the United States have imposed different degrees of sanctions, containment and technological blockade on Chinese enterprises beyond the catch-up stage. Taking the United States as an example, since 1997, the United States has pulled more than 300 Chinese companies into the entity list to carry out technical strikes against China. Therefore, whether latecomers can successfully get rid of the technological blockade and achieve catch-up is of great significance to China's formation of national strategic scientific and technological strength. The catch-up process of latecomer firms depends on their innovation capability which is defined as the ability of enterprises to acquire, absorb and integrate internal and external innovation resources. Furthermore, as a channel for carrying internal and external innovation resources, the cooperation network is a key factor affecting the innovation performance of enterprises. Effective use of cooperation network can not only promote the improvement of enterprise resource capabilities and provide enterprises with valuable external resources, but also facilitate the internal digestion, absorption and sharing of resources, laying a foundation for the improvement of enterprise innovation capabilities. Therefore, this study is of great significance for latecomer firms that are endeavoring to go beyond the catch-up stage by taking advantage of cooperative network and achieve effective leverages.#br#This study selects the patent data of 34 latecomer technology firms which are from the list of the world's top 500 companies and the list of the top 100 technology companies in China. First, on the basis of the co-inventor information in the patent data, it identifies the cooperation between inventors within the enterprise and builds intra-firm cooperative networks. Second, it confirms the cooperative relationships between focus enterprises and other enterprises based on the co-owner information in the patent data, and then builds the inter-firm cooperation networks of focus enterprises. Finally, the study uses the network analysis software to analyze and calculate the density and size of the cooperative network, and then it explores the impact of the density and size of intra-firm collaborative networks on the innovation performance of latecomers beyond the catch-up stage. In addition, taking the density and scale of inter-firm cooperative networks as moderating variables, it analyzes the moderating effect of inter-firm cooperation networks on the relationship between the density and scale of intra-firm cooperative networks and the innovation performance of latecomer firms beyond the catch-up stage.#br#It is concluded that beyond the catch-up stage, the density of intra-firm cooperation networks has a negative impact on the innovation performance of enterprises, and the scale of intra-firm cooperation networks has a positive impact on the innovation performance of enterprises;beyond the catch-up stage, the density of inter-firm cooperative networks enhances the negative impact of intra-firm cooperative network density on the innovation performance of enterprises, while the density and scale of inter-firm cooperative networks weaken the positive impact of the scale of intra-firm cooperative network on the innovation performance of enterprises.#br#The conclusion of this paper is of great significance to theoretical research and practical work. First, combined with the characteristics of latecomers in the beyond catch-up stage, this paper reveals the joint influence of intra-firm and inter-firm cooperation networks on corporate innovation performance, and enriches the research on latecomers beyond the catch-up stage. Second,it enriches the research content in the field of network and enterprise innovation, and emphasizes the importance of comprehensive consideration of the organizational internal and external cooperation networks. Finally, when dealing with inter-firm cooperative relations, latecomers beyond the catching-up stage should evaluate the network structure of the intra-firm cooperative networks, clarify the strategic direction of the inter-firm cooperative networks, and manage inter-firm cooperative relations to improve the innovation performance of enterprises.#br#

Knowledge Science and Knowledge Engineering
123 The Influence of Different Types of Knowledge Integration on the Effectiveness of Pilot and Demonstration Plants
Lin Jun,Liu Bingrui,Cai Ying,Zhang Ruxin
In recent years, scientific and technological innovation has become one of China's important strategies. Although China has made a large number of laboratory scientific and technological achievements and patents yearly, and its research and development funds rank among the top in the world, the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements is less than 30%, far lower than the level of 60-70% in the developed countries. Due to small technological progress and unstable parameters, most laboratory scientific and technological achievements are difficult to extend to the commercial market and industrial chain, suffocating in the "valley of death". Pilot and demonstration plants are important links between laboratory research and commercial application. The possibility of industrialization is predicted to be up to 80% based on the research results of pilot and demonstration plants. Therefore, in order to improve the conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements, the effective operation of pilot and demonstration plants is essential.#br#Pilot and demonstration plants,as the tools of knowledge generation and dissemination, involve a large number of scientific and technological knowledge which is the key to the effective operation of the pilot and demonstration plants. The existing literature on pilot and demonstration plants mainly focuses on actor network management, innovation policy combination and different learning types. There is a lack of deeper understanding of the knowledge embedded in pilot and demonstration plants, and the role of knowledge in promoting the effective operation of pilot and demonstration plants is still unclear. The operation of pilot and demonstration plants involves three types of knowledge: domain-specific knowledge, i.e., experimental and technical knowledge; procedural knowledge about inter-organizational management, operation and intellectual property protection; general knowledge about relevant policy support, capital acquisition, external environment analysis and others. Knowledge integration helps organizations to deeply understand and master all kinds of knowledge and improves the utilization efficiency of each kind of knowledge. Especially when enterprises are limited in resources of pilot and demonstration plants, knowledge integration promotes knowledge to play a role to the maximum extent.#br#Therefore, on the basis of three kinds of knowledge embedded in pilot and demonstration plants activities, this paper studies the influence of different types of knowledge integration on the effectiveness of pilot and demonstration, and puts forward seven hypotheses. Specifically, it argues that the three types of knowledge integration have positive effects on the effectiveness of pilot and demonstration plants . Subsequently, a scale is designed and a predictive test is conducted to ensure the effectiveness of the structure and content of the scale. Questionnaires are distributed online and offline with 283 questionnaires collected.#br#The results show that (1)domain-specific knowledge integration has a better effect on the effectiveness of pilot and demonstration plants than procedural knowledge integration and general knowledge; (2) the interaction among procedural knowledge, general knowledge and domain specific knowledge has positive effects on the effectiveness of pilot and demonstration plants, and the integrated effects are stronger than the effect alone; (3) the interaction between procedural knowledge and general knowledge have no significant effect on pilot and demonstration plants, but when domain specific knowledge integration is added, the interaction of three types of knowledge has an enhanced driving effect on the effectiveness of pilot and demonstration plants; (4) there are effectiveness differences of pilot and demonstration plants in enterprises of different natures, sizes and regions. #br#This study provides data support for the realization mechanism of pilot and demonstration plants' effective operation from the perspective of different types of knowledge integration, and further clarifies the effective operation process of pilot and demonstration plants . It is suggested that enterprises should continue to strengthen domain-specific knowledge integration, coordinate resource allocation according to pilot and demonstration plants' operation status and strategic orientation to balance investment in different types of knowledge.#br#The procedural knowledge integration and general knowledge integration are also important for the effective operation of pilot and demonstration plants. Finally, it is critical to attach importance to cross-departmental communication activities within the enterprise, create opportunities for communication between personnel from different departments, promote the flow and sharing of different knowledge types between organizations to support knowledge integration and interaction, and promote the effective operation of pilot and demonstration plants.#br#

133 Pattern Matching and Selection of How Boundary-Spanning Search Improve Innovation Performance Enabled by Digitalization and Intellectualization:The Perspective of Knowledge Governance Mechanism
Lyu Rongjie,Song Zhiye,Zhang Yiming,Hao Lixiao
With the vigorous development of digital intelligent technologies, more and more enterprises realize the importance of boundary-spanning search for external heterogeneous knowledge to improve innovation ability. Therefore both the academic and industry circles are concerned about how to use digital intelligence technologies to carry out boundary-spanning search to improve firm innovation performance. The existing literature believes that boundary-spanning search has an impact on innovation performance, but there is still a lack of sufficient theoretical explanations for the specific process of enterprises improving innovation performance through boundary-spanning search enabled by digitalization and intellectualization.#br#In view of this, this paper focuses on the core issue of "how boundary-spanning search can improve firm innovation performance enabled by digitalization and intellectualization ".From the perspective of knowledge governance mechanism, this paper selects 4 typical Chinese enterprises to conduct multi-case comparison research, and an in-depth analysis of the dynamic process of how boundary-spanning search can improve firm innovation performance enabled by digitalization and intellectualization. It has important theoretical and practical significance for enriching the theoretical system of boundary-spanning search and knowledge governance, and guiding the innovation practice of Chinese enterprises.〖HJ*2/7〗#br#The research conclusions of this paper are as follows. Firstly, in the context of digital intelligence, enterprises should fully consider the leading role of boundary-spanning search patterns and the main challenges they face. The study finds that in the process of boundary-spanning search enabled by digitalization and intellectualization, there are two boundary-spanning search patterns: network topology pattern and panoramic interaction pattern, as well as two process risks: technology endogenous risk and knowledge-based risk. Secondly, the formal knowledge governance and informal knowledge governance in the knowledge governance mechanism can effectively prevent the process risks expanded by the large-scale application of digital intelligence technology, so as to effectively transform digital-intelligence boundary-spanning search into innovation performance. Therefore, it is necessary for enterprises to verify different degrees of formal knowledge governance and informal knowledge governance in the dynamic process of transforming digital-intelligence boundary-spanning search into innovation performance. Thirdly, with the enablement of digitalization and intellectualization, enterprises can creatively match high topology-low interaction, high topology-high interaction, and low topology-high interaction boundary-spanning search patterns based on their own knowledge governance mechanisms to improve innovation performance. Specifically, when the degree of formal knowledge governance is high, the enterprises should choose the high topology-low interaction boundary-spanning search pattern; when the informal knowledge governance degree is high, the enterprises should choose the low topology-high interaction boundary-spanning search pattern; when both the degree of formal knowledge governance and informal knowledge governance are high, the enterprises are suggested to adopt a high topology-high interaction boundary-spanning search pattern, and achieve a balance between formal and informal knowledge governance by coordinating the degree of coupling between the network topology pattern and panoramic interaction pattern. At the same time, the purpose of improving the innovation performance of enterprises can be achieved.#br#The theoretical contributions and innovations of this study lie in three aspects. Firstly, it identifies the existing boundary-spanning search patterns and process risks in firm innovation performance improvement by boundary-spanning search enabled by digitalization and intellectualization, and provides a new research context for relevant research on boundary-spanning search. To a certain extent, it extends and expands the contextualized research of organizational search theory. Secondly, this study explores the key role played by digital intelligence technology by deconstructing the process of boundary-spanning search that affects innovation performance. From the perspective of process view, it provides new insights into the process of boundary-spanning search affecting innovation performance. Thirdly, different from the existing literature that emphasizes the key role of knowledge governance mechanism in promoting knowledge activities and preventing organizational risks, this study explores the important role of knowledge governance mechanism in the process of how boundary-spanning search can improve firm innovation performance enabled by digitalization and intellectualization. In addition to the research on the above two elements, it further finds that under the background of different degrees of formal knowledge governance and informal knowledge governance, different boundary-spanning search patterns have differentiated characteristics in the process of influencing corporate innovation, which extends the explanatory boundary of knowledge governance theory, and provides a new theoretical perspective for subsequent research on the relationship between boundary-spanning search and firm innovation performance.#br#

143 The Impact of Platform Leadership on Employees′ Responsible Innovation: A Moderated Mediation Model
Cao Yuankun,Luo Yuanda,Xiao Feng,Xie Peng
The problems like patent technology imitation or plagiarism, low application efficiency, etc. are accompanied with China′s innovation achievements. Therefore, in recent years, many scholars have focused on the exploration of responsible innovation. Different from other innovations, responsible innovation requires employees to fully consider and incorporate social responsibility when implementing innovation activities, which helps to provide new ideas to reduce the liability issues arising from technological innovation and contribute to sustainable corporate development.#br#With the rise of knowledge workers and the ever-changing market environment, the relationship between enterprises and various internal and external stakeholders is becoming increasingly close and complex. It has been noted in the literature that the role of traditional leadership styles, such as ethical and inclusive styles, has been seriously questioned in the context of complex and challenging responsible innovation. As a new leadership style that attaches importance to the common cause of oneself and his subordinates, platform leadership values the common cause of oneself and one′s subordinates and it is in line with the leadership practice in the knowledge economy, and helps to stimulate responsible innovation behavior among employees. Compared with the traditional leadership style, platform leadership is different in that it not only pays attention to the success of its own career, but also pays more attention to the common cause with employees and stimulates employees to make common progress to achieve a win-win situation. According to the social learning theory, leaders are important objects for employees to learn from and imitate. Employees will actively learn and imitate the behavior of platform leaders committed to the development of common undertakings, and it will help to enhance their sense of identification and followers′ behavior, stimulate their sense of innovation and responsibility, and thus show more responsible and innovative behaviors that are conducive to career development. Hence, this paper intends to take platform leadership as the starting point to explore the impact of platform leadership on employees′ responsible innovation.#br#On the basis of the social learning theory, this paper aims to clarify why, how and when platform leaders can foster responsible innovation among employees. First of all, it explores why platform leadership can promote employees′ responsible innovation. Secondly, it examines how platform leaders can promote employees′ responsible innovation through employees′ authentic followership. Finally, it discusses when perceived human resource management strength moderates in the relationship among platform leadership, authentic followership and responsible innovation.#br#The data are collected through questionnaires and the samples are sourced from Tianjin, Chenzhou, Dongguan and Zhuhai, where the industries include technical service, transportation, finance and electricity industry, etc. The research objects are the on-the-job employees and their superior leaders of the above types of enterprises. The study was conducted from February to March 2022. To effectively control for common method bias, questionnaires are collected using multiple time-point matching. The relevant scales are drawn from established scales available in China and abroad. All variables are measured using the Likert 7-point scale, except for the basic information questions on gender, age, education and time spent with the current leader.#br#The results of the analysis of the data from a two-stage paired sample of 300 questionnaires are as follows. Firstly, platform leadership can significantly promote employees′ responsible innovation. Secondly, authentic followership mediates the relationship between platform leadership and employee responsible innovation. Thirdly, perception of human resource management strengthens the positive correlation between platform leadership and authentic followership. Fourthly, perception of human resource management strength positively moderates the mediating effect of platform leaders on employees′ responsible innovation behavior through authentic followership.#br#Finally, this paper discusses the theoretical significance and practical implications of the study findings. In terms of theoretical implications, this paper enriches the relevant research on the formation mechanism of employees' responsible innovation from the leadership level, and brings the authentic followership and perceived human resource management intensity into the transmission mechanism. This not only opens the “black box” of the relationship between platform leadership and employee responsible innovation, but also further enriches the boundary conditions for the research on the role of platform leadership on employee responsible innovation. In terms of practical implications, this paper provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the promotion of employees′ responsible innovation behavior and the diffusion of platform leadership.#br#

152 Team Status Promotion,Collective Psychological Ownership and Team Innovation Outcomes
Wei Wei,Ding Chenyang,Huang Dujuan
With the increasing competition in the modern market, most enterprises have begun to implement team-based status incentives. However, existing studies mainly focus on the stability characteristics of status and explore the impact of team status on team innovation, leaving the impact of team status changes on team innovation from the dynamic perspective of status rarely touched. The aim of this study is to reveal the impact and mechanism of team status improvement on team innovation outcomes, as well as the conditions under which team status improvement can more effectively play a positive role.#br#This article uses first-hand survey data from 42 teams as samples and conducts empirical research on the impact mechanism of team status improvement based on collective psychological ownership theory and event system theory. In order to explore the role of team status improvement, collective psychological ownership, and team leadership in influencing team innovation outcomes, the study uses existing mature scales to measure "team status improvement", "team innovation outcomes", "collective psychological ownership", "humble leadership " and "narcissistic leadership"; it uses Likert's five point scoring method, and conducts validity tests, aggregation tests, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and hypothesis testing on the data by Mplus and SPSS .#br#The research concludes as follows. Firstly, both team status improvement and collective psychological ownership have a significant positive impact on team innovation outcomes, which indicates that the higher the intensity of team status improvement events, the more innovative the team produces, the stronger the collective psychological ownership, and the more innovative the team produces. Secondly, collective psychological ownership plays a mediating role in the improvement of team status and team innovation outcomes, that is, by increasing collective psychological ownership, it provides favorable conditions for team innovation and ultimately has a positive impact on team innovation outcomes. Thirdly, humble leadership has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between team status improvement and collective psychological ownership. In other words, when leaders are more humble, the impact of team status improvement on collective psychological ownership will increase. When the level of leadership humility decreases, the impact of team status improvement on collective psychological ownership will also weaken. Fourthly, the moderating effect of narcissistic leadership on the relationship between team status improvement and collective psychological ownership is not significant, possibly because narcissistic leaders are adept at utilizing their strong leadership to deepen team employees' understanding and identification with the team, thereby offsetting the negative impact of narcissistic leaders on team members' sense of ownership expanding to the collective after experiencing team status improvement.#br#This study explores the impact mechanism and process of team status improvement on team innovation outcomes, and further enriches the connotation of collective psychological ownership theory and event system theory from a theoretical perspective. By introducing collective psychological ownership, the study extends status research to the team level, reveals in depth how team status improvement affects team innovation outcomes through the mediating path of collective psychological ownership. Following the event system theory, this study starts with the event attributes of team status enhancement, explores the impact path of team status enhancement on team innovation outcomes, enriching and expanding existing research on events. In addition, this study selects team leadership style (humble leadership, narcissistic leadership) as the moderating variable, includes humble leadership in the analysis framework, and selects narcissistic leadership for comparison, revealing the impact of humble leadership on collective psychological ownership in the Chinese context, and providing direction for effectively promoting team status and motivation. In practice, it provides ideas on how to improve team innovation outcomes and theoretical guidance for enterprise managers to implement specific incentive measures. This study is a preliminary exploration, and future research could focus on event factors, conduct team tracking surveys at different time points, and introduce other variables at individual and team level to better reveal the boundary conditions that promote team innovation outcomes.#br#
