1 The Path of Context-Driven Solution Development: A Multi-case Analysis from the Context-driven Perspective
Xu Hui,Zhou Qi
With the advancement of the digital economy, context-driven innovation, as a new innovation paradigm, has become a key path to create new technologies, new products, new channels, new business models and even open up new markets and new areas. The trend of context-driven innovation has made a considerable impact on the original business model in the industry, and the service innovation practice of enterprises has been injected with new context-driven elements, and solutions that meet customer-specific value propositions have become a key path for enterprises to increase their potential for value creation, and it promotes context application as a powerful tool for product innovation and business model innovation for enterprises. For this reason, many high-tech enterprises have shifted to provide solution business, build context-driven solutions based on the characteristics of fissionable growth of emerging context, and create new personalized experiences and context values for customers by exploring the integration point of new technologies with context and new ways of product interaction design.#br#Context-driven solutions involve a new service business model based on context application and context value construction to respond to customer needs. It follows the basic logic of using context value building to gain insight and explore customer needs, and being forward-looking to provide customers with surpassing service expectations, thus realizing the transformation of technological advantages into business value. Although existing research has focused on context-driven solutions as a new feature of context-driven enterprise service innovation model, the value co-creation logic of helping customers to complete "to-do tasks" based on the value insight of context-driven solutions has not been fully explained, and the understanding and deconstruction of context-driven solutions still needs to be further deepened.#br#In order to figure out how enterprises develop context-driven solutions, this paper selects four enterprises, namely, Hikvision, iFLYTEK, Neusoft and Inspur, as case study objects, deconstructs the inner law of context-driven solution development and builds a theoretical model. It is found that, first, context-driven solution development has the key feature of context-driven, which is mainly manifested in two dimensions of context penetration and context coverage. Second, under the context-driven approach, enterprises develop context-driven solutions based on the realization path of "requirement identification—technology integration—service operation and maintenance". Specifically, enterprises transforming into context-driven solution providers follow the realization path of "forward-looking requirement identification-technology external integration-exploratory service operation and maintenance", while natural context-driven solution providers follow the realization path of "responsive requirement identification-technology internal integration- exploitative service operation and maintenance". Third, data enabling is the endogenous driving force of context-driven solution development, and it can facilitate the transition between the development of context-driven solutions such as requirements identification, technology integration, and service operation and maintenance.#br#The theoretical contributions of this paper lie in three aspects. First, this study combines context theory and customer solution theory, and innovatively proposes a new model for enterprises to carry out service value creation in the era of digital intelligence, that is, the new concept of context-driven solution. It identifies the context-driven solution's context-driven characteristics that distinguish it from customer solutions in a general sense, which enriches the theoretical cognition of context-driven solutions, and contributes to deepening the understanding of the context-driven service innovation model. Second, unlike previous studies on the development process of customer solutions, this paper focuses on the deconstruction of the inner laws of the context-driven solution development process. By refining the realization path and endogenous driving of context-driven solution development, it complements the theoretical gap caused by the lack of discussion on the logic of context-driven solution development in existing research. Third, this paper introduces the concept of data enabling into the exploration of context-driven solution development process. By identifying data enabling as the endogenous driving of context-driven solution development, the study enables a more theoretically inclusive analysis of the role of "data actors" in context-driven solution development, providing a new analytical perspective to clarify the inner workings of solution development. Moreover, it provides a paradigm reference for enterprises to effectively embed technological advantages into the development process of new scenarios, inspiring enterprises to develop their capabilities following changes in the policy environment, industry technology environment and customer needs.#br#

11 How the Contexts Empower Business Model Innovation Based on the Interaction between Value-dominant Logic Evolution and Advancement of Enterprises Dynamic Capabilities:A Case Study on M-Grass Ecology
Wang Fu,Liu Xinyue,Liu Junhua,Chang Qing,Han Liping
The gradual embedding of elements of context in business models has brought the value-dominant logic transformation of enterprises driven by users' spatio-temporal consumer expectations from "product functionality" to "service utility" and then to "context experiences". The shift from "seller's market" to "buyer's market" is prevalent for most industries, because just improving product quality and service capabilities could not meet the ever-changing consumer expectations. The advanced interaction and collaborative evolution of value-dominant logic and the enterprise dynamic capabilities are important strategic means to respond to the changes in users' consumption expectations and achieve sustainable growth for enterprises. Context is the bridge between value-dominant logic evolution and the enterprise dynamic capabilities, and it has become a new driving force for business model innovation. In this situation, how to target digital contexts and combine users' sore points of consumption needs, consumption habits and consumption preferences to deconstruct, modify, and reconstruct business models to satisfy users' new demands and new experiences has become a hot and difficult research topic in context-driven business model innovation.#br#Therefore, taking M-Grass Ecology as the research object, this study adopts a combination of vertical single case study and procedural grounded analysis to explore the interactive evolution mechanism by which value-dominant logic evolution, enterprise dynamic capabilities, and contexts guide and adjust the dynamic matching of supply and demand between users' consumption expectations and the supply reality of enterprises. The research results indicate that (1) the value proposition of goods is focused on product functional values. In order to centralize the dominant logic of product functional value, enterprises utilize the dynamic capabilities of "Perception+ Integration" to meet consumers' product functional expectations based on users' consumption expectations and contextual standardized configurations. For the differently categorized goods, M-Grass has constructed a path on which the customers looking for goods can depend on the business logic of thousands of customers matching with one context for the same categorized goods. (2)The value proposition of customers is focused on service utility values. In order to concentrate the dominant logic of service utility value, enterprises utilize the dynamic capabilities of "Perception Ability+Integration Ability+Learning Ability" to satisfy consumers' service utility expectations based on users' consumption expectations and contextual personalized configuration. For different groups of consumers, M-Grass has achieved goods matching for customers depending on the business logic of one customer matching with thousands of contexts. (3) The value proposition of contexts is focused on the context experience values. For concentrating the dominant logic of scene experience values, M-Grass utilizes the dynamic capabilities of "perception ability+integration ability+learning ability+innovation ability" to meet consumers' context experience expectations based on users' consumption expectations and contextual dual path configuration. The context matching for customers depending on the business logic of thousands of customers matching with thousands of contexts is achieved so as to construct different interesting contexts. #br#From the perspective of the dynamic interaction of value-dominant logic evolution, enterprise dynamic capability advancement and context iteration, this study discusses how the contexts empower business model innovation based on the collaborative evolution of value-driven logic evolution and enterprise dynamic capability advancement in the Chinese context. The empowered business model innovation based on the integration of "supply chain-value chain-context chain" is proposed. At the same time, the evolution of value-driven logic utilizes contexts to stimulate changes in user consumption expectations based on context driven enterprise dynamic capability enhancement, thereby stimulating the evolution of value driven logic. Enterprises should timely and proactively integrate the elements of context into their business models, promote the evolution of value-dominant logic and enhance their dynamic capabilities, and dynamically choose different context-based business model innovation strategies. This study provides theoretical support for the ecological innovation practice of enterprise business models, compensates for the shortcomings of research on cross-sectional data from a static perspective , and also enriches the context-driven innovation theory.#br#

22 The Impact of In-depth Excavation of Context on the Demand Side of Manufacturing Enterprises on Service Innovation Performance
Zhao Huijuan,Liu Lu,Yang Jiaoping,Fan Mingxia
In the era of the digital economy, "context" has become a new channel for manufacturing enterprises to interact with users. More and more manufacturing enterprises try to improve service innovation performance by carrying out in-depth excavation of context and context iteration on the demand side. However, there are still some deficiencies in practice and theory on how in-depth excavation of context affects service innovation performance. As a context-driven service innovation activity, the realization of in-depth excavation of context focuses on the use of digital technology and other means to transmit demand data to the supply side, promote the occurrence of value co-creation behavior, and quickly transform user needs into products or services. In view of this, following on the value co-creation and big data cooperative asset theory of the service innovation ecosystem, this paper integrates the demand side and supply side, takes the value co-creation behavior of the service innovation ecosystem as the mediating variable, and uses digital ability as the moderating variable to construct the model to explain the impact of in-depth excavation of context on the service innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises on the demand side. It analyzes the role of manufacturing enterprises' demand-side in-depth excavation of context on their service innovation performance, the mediating role of the value co-creation behavior of service innovation ecology in the relationship between in-depth excavation of context and service innovation performance, and explores how digital ability moderates the relationship between manufacturing enterprises' in-depth excavation of context and service innovation ecological value co-creation behavior.#br#The data is collected by means of a questionnaire survey, and a measurement scale for in-depth excavation of context is made on the basis of existing research. The survey samples involve manufacturing enterprises in different fields, which ensures the external validity of the research structure to a certain extent. On this basis, the hypothesis test is carried out by hierarchical regression, the Bootstrap method and Process V3.3, and the structural equation model is used to verify the relationship between variables. The results of the two verifications are basically the same, which proves the robustness of the model.#br#The empirical results show that in-depth excavation of context has a direct effect on the service innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises, and it plays a positive role; value co-creation behavior can be used as a mediating variable to explain the relationship between in-depth excavation of context and service innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises; digitization ability positively moderates the relationship between in-depth excavation of context and value co-creation behavior; further analysis confirms that digital capabilities positively moderate the mediating role of value co-creation between in-depth excavation of context and service innovation performance. It can be seen that manufacturing enterprises carry out in-depth excavation of context on the demand side, and this promotes their value co-creation behavior with users and other stakeholders, and improves their service innovation performance. Digital ability is an important guarantee for manufacturing enterprises to coordinate different subjects of service innovation ecology and integrate different resources to create value, and it plays an important role in promoting the process of in-depth excavation of context to promote value co-creation behavior.#br#This paper further clarifies the meaning of in-depth excavation of context and develops a measurement scale for subsequent reference. Compared with the existing research, this paper extends the research of the context to the manufacturing industry, integrates the demand side and the supply side, reveals the improvement mechanism of the service innovation performance of the manufacturing enterprise from the in-depth excavation of context, enriches the relevant research of the context, applies the big data cooperative asset theory to the research of the context business model, and discusses the promotion effect of digital ability on the value co-creation behavior of the in-depth excavation of context on the service innovation ecosystem. At the same time, it has certain guiding significance for manufacturing enterprises to promote the value co-creation behavior of service innovation ecology by conducting in-depth excavation of context and improving digital capability so as to realize the improvement of service innovation performance. The related research on context is in its infancy at present, and this paper is only concerned with the depth and breadth of value co-creation brought by in-depth excavation of context; the cost of service innovation driven by in-depth excavation of context and the relationship between the degree of excavation and its improved service innovation performance are not touched, which presents opportunities for future research.#br#

32 The Theoretical Logic and Practice Path of Context-driven Agricultural Whole Industry Chain Innovation
Tang Xin,Xu Yongbin
With the deepening embedding of the digital economy in rural revitalization in recent years, data has become a new production factor and an important innovation driving force, as well as a core element in rural construction and agricultural development. In the digital economy, various contexts and tracks keep emerging, and it can be considered that the agricultural whole industry chain is gradually entering the context era. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve the complex and comprehensive strategic needs of rural revitalization and common prosperity by only adopting the agricultural innovation development model aiming at a single technology field or market demand, and more attention should be paid to the theoretical research and practical application of context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation.#br#This study first explores the element system and theoretical logic of context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation based on the definition of agricultural whole industry chain by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The context demand of agricultural whole industry chain innovation against the background of digital economy are analyzed into three dimensions: production, marketing and service. Second, the practical path of context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation is summarized. By analyzing three typical cases of Shunfeng Biotechnology, Adopt a Cow, and Yangjiale, the practical path of context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation in the production, marketing, and service dimensions is verified. Finally, the strategic logic of the intersection and integration of the theoretical fields of " context-driven innovation" and "agricultural whole industry chain innovation" is summarized as the context-chain structure of agricultural whole industry chain innovation.#br#The results show that context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation needs to rely on four factors: agricultural context demand (antecedent factor), high-energy innovation consortia (main factor), digital innovation platform (digital factor), and diversified context value (consequence factor). The theoretical logic of context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation can be summarized as four sections: mission driven which refers to the traction effect of rural revitalization strategy, digital economy background, and customer context demand characteristics; context-driven which refers to context demand-driven effect of three dimensions including production, marketing and service; agricultural whole industry chain innovation process which refers to the process of decoupling and reconstructing various elements on high-level innovation consortia and digital innovation platform into a new value co-creation system, meeting customers' consumption expectations in specific time and space; innovative achievement application which refers to innovative behavior implementation of agricultural whole industry chain in three aspects of production technology, business model and service channel, so as to achieve diversified context value. The practical path of context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation includes five steps: context demand analysis, context task design, context-driven innovation resource allocation, agricultural whole industry chain innovative behavior implementation and diversified context value realization. #br#The main contribution with this study is its focus on the theoretical logic and practice path of context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation. By analyzing the case studies of three typical enterprises, it exemplifies the practical forms of agricultural whole industry chain innovation driven by the demand for production, marketing, and service context. The analysis results help to construct an overall theoretical framework for context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation, making exploratory attempts for the research on national strategic needs, agricultural industry chain development needs, and major market demand context-driven agricultural whole industry chain innovation. The findings provide practical inspiration for strengthening the autonomy, security, and controllability of the agricultural whole industry chain, and building agricultural whole industry chain resilience.#br#In the context-driven era, the innovation of the whole agricultural industry chain focuses on the logic of context-value co-creation. In the future, with the continuous enrichment of context elements and the improvement of their functions, especially with the popularity of technological application, the connotation and extension of context value in the whole agricultural industry chain will continue to extend, and more types of value co-creation logic will be generated to meet customer consumption expectations in a broader spatio-temporal dimension, which helps to achieve the goals of rural revitalization and common prosperity.#br#

42 The Influence of Entrepreneurs′ Cognitive Style on Entrepreneurial Bricolage:The Moderating Role of Time Pressure
Wang Le,Long Jing,Su Xiang
Entrepreneurial bricolage plays an important role in overcoming resource constraints to achieve strategic goals and establish competitive advantages. Due to the lack of sound credit records, new ventures have great difficulty in obtaining high-quality resources, and this defect leads to high risk of innovation failure. Entrepreneurial bricolage can help firms to solve problems and develop new opportunities at a lower cost, and it is considered to be an effective way to promote the better growth of new ventures. Therefore, how new ventures carry out entrepreneurial bricolage has been the common concern of entrepreneurial practitioners and academic researchers. Most of the previous literatures explored this question from the aspects of corporate strategy, absorptive capacity and organizational environment. However, these studies do not effectively reveal the mechanism of how entrepreneur cognition affects entrepreneurial bricolage. Entrepreneurial bricolage advocates re-examining the attributes and functions of existing resources and making creative use of them, which is closely related to the individual characteristics of entrepreneurs. According to the upper echelons theory, cognitive style, as an important psychological characteristic of entrepreneurs, can influence strategic decisions and organizational results of enterprises. Different cognitive styles have various choices of information processing methods. The holistic cognitive style attaches importance to the connection between different things, while the analytical cognitive style focuses on the characteristics of things themselves. Therefore, it is helpful to clarify how new ventures achieve entrepreneurial bricolage by exploring the asymmetric impact of holistic cognitive style and analytical cognitive style on entrepreneurial bricolage.#br# According to the upper echelons theory, entrepreneurs′ cognitive style can influence their interpretation of the external market environment, and then influence the strategy formulation and behavior choice of new ventures . Market change is one of the driving factors for firms to carry out strategic change. When firms make strategic decisions, they first need to identify and understand changes in market demand. Market responsiveness emphasizes the timely perception of customers′ needs, competitors′ actions and industry development changes, and the ability to take effective countermeasures. This enlightens firms to allocate and develop existing resources and helps to strengthen the efficient development of entrepreneurial bricolage. Therefore, this paper proposes that entrepreneurs′ cognitive style can influence entrepreneurial bricolage through the mediating effect of market responsiveness, which is helpful to reveal the mechanism of entrepreneurs′ cognitive style.#br#The attention-based view points out that firm behaviors will be affected by which questions and answers top managers allocate their attention to. Existing studies indicate that when executives are faced with more demanding jobs, they will allocate less attention to information processing, which can affect their rational decision-making. Time pressure, as a work requirement faced by entrepreneurs, will consume a large amount of physiological, emotional and cognitive resources. So it leads to the distraction of scarce attention, and affects the direction of attention allocation in the decision-making process of entrepreneurs, thus regulating the relationship between different cognitive styles and market responsiveness. Therefore, time pressure can influence the function of different cognitive styles, and play a moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurs′ cognitive style and market responsiveness.#br#This study explores the influence mechanism and boundary condition of entrepreneurs' cognitive style on entrepreneurial bricolage. Through the analysis of questionnaire data from 279 new ventures, the results show that (1) holistic cognitive style has a positive impact on entrepreneurial bricolage, while analytical cognitive style has a U-shaped impact on entrepreneurial bricolage; (2) holistic cognitive style and analytical cognitive style have an impact on entrepreneurial bricolage through the mediating role of market responsiveness; (3) time pressure weakens the mediating role of market responsiveness between holistic cognitive style and entrepreneurial bricolage, and strengthens the mediating role of market responsiveness between analytical cognitive style and entrepreneurial bricolage. The results reveal the asymmetric impact of different cognitive styles on entrepreneurial bricolage, and provide guidance for new ventures to overcome resource constraints.#br#This study verifies the asymmetric influence mechanism of holistic cognitive style and analytical cognitive style on entrepreneurial bricolage, the mediating mechanism of market responsiveness between different cognitive styles and entrepreneurial bricolage, and the difference in the influence of time pressure on the relationship between different types of cognitive style and market responsiveness. Thus it opens the black box between cognitive style and entrepreneurial bricolage, and it is helpful to enrich the boundary condition research on the role of entrepreneurs′ cognitive style.#br#

52 The Implementation Path of the Value Co-creation of Multi-agent in the Maker Space from the Perspective of Configuration
Zhao Guanbing,Liu Yuhan
As the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship deepens, the maker space has become a new platform for innovation and entrepreneurship development that gathers services, capital, technology and other resources. However, after experiencing explosive growth, most of the makerspaces were unable to create value for the settled enterprises and other relevant stakeholders due to a series of problems such as excessive dependence on the government, and finally went bankrupt. Therefore there is an urgent need to change the traditional value creation mode with a linear one-way chain, and co-create value with new start-ups and other entities through interactive cooperation and resource integration. According to the value co-creation theory, as a dynamically evolving complex network system, the maker space has the conditions to realize the value co-creation process of "value sharing (value co-creation input)-value acquisition (value co-creation result)". In this system, the multiple value-creation entities such as new ventures, government departments, investment institutions and service institutions take the maker space as the core, and share values on the basis of adhering to the concept of openness and cooperation. At the same time, these subjects continue to participate in entrepreneurial practice through internal network connection, promote efficient transmission and circulation of internal resources, so as to achieve the value co-creation of multi-agent in the maker space. Therefore, it is an urgent demand to realize this value co-creation process for the high-quality development of the maker space. #br#On the basis of the value co-creation process of "value sharing (value co-creation input) - value acquisition (value co-creation result)", this paper extracts eight input elements of participating in value sharing from three levels of the maker space, the new venture and the third-party service provider, and establishes a theoretical model of the synergistic effect of input elements on value co-creation, so as to find the path to realize the value co-creation.#br#This study takes the maker spaces in each province and region as a whole, and selects the maker spaces in 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions as the research objects, except Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Xizang. Given that the output of each indicator of the value co-creation result has a certain period, the antecedent condition includes the data of 2020, and the outcome variable involves the data of 2021.The study adopts the fsQCA method to explore the realization path of value co-creation driven by multi-agent input factors in the maker space.#br#It is found that there are four paths for the value co-creation of multi-agent in the maker space, which can be summarized into three types according to different core conditions, namely, the type of domination by the third-party service provider, the type that takes the service of makerspace as the main element and supported by technology, and the type of total factor aggregation. The third type is the optimal realization path, and only when the input elements of each relevant subject in the maker space are improved, forming the type of total factor agglomeration, and realizing the mutual complementarity and flexible transformation of resources, will the value co-creation be steadily realized. The input elements in the third-party service provider (policy and subsidy, financial support and technical support) are the important guarantee of value co-creation. Through the exploration of the value co-creation configuration and the non-value co-creation configuration, it is found that the non-set of value co-creation of multi-agent in the maker space is not an effective configuration of non-value co-creation, indicating that there is a causal asymmetry between value co-creation and non-value co-creation of multi-agent in the maker space.#br#Different from existing studies which focus on a single level of causality, this study adopts a holistic perspective, and emphasizes that the value co-creation of multi-agent in the makerspace is not determined by a single level of factors, but depends on the cross-level and multi-factor linkage. It is helpful to deepen the cognition of the predisposing factors and action mechanism of the value co-creation of multi-agent in the maker space. Furthermore by introducing the qualitative comparative analysis into the field of maker space, it comprehensively analyzes the collaborative innovation relationship among multiple subjects in the maker space, and clarifies the role of each subject in value co-creation.#br#

62 The Mechanism of the Influence of Information Technology Investment on the Efficiency of Regional Innovation in Two Stages from the Perspective of Spatial Correlation
Zhang Zhiguang,Bai Yangrui,Hu Haiqing
The issues of resource endowment, low input-output efficiency and uneven spatial distribution of resources are restricting the implementation of China's regional innovation development strategy, resulting in obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics and huge regional differences in China's innovation efficiency. It has become the key to achieving innovation-driven development by improving innovation efficiency and the quantity and quality of innovation output on the basis of limited innovation resource input. To solve the various contradictions in the current economic development and make technical breakthroughs in the high-tech field, it is necessary to further improve the level of national innovation as a driving force. Because of the differences in innovation resource allocation, innovation environment and industrial base, the innovation process and innovation efficiency of different innovation stages should be treated specifically. #br# As an important means to create and cultivate new economic momentum and new economic growth points, information technology has become a key support point for innovation-driven high-quality economic development, and is significant for optimizing regional resource allocation and industrial structure adjustment. Information technology not only provides high-quality R&D personnel, accelerates organizational learning and knowledge flow and reduces organizational costs of technology R&D, but also promotes the quality and efficiency of traditional industries through penetration and substitution effects, deriving various emerging economies and digital platforms, thereby improving regional productivity and achieving innovation-driven development. In addition, there is a close geospatial relationship between regional innovation systems and their innovation elements, and it is necessary to include spatial econometric models in the research process to examine the innovation effect of information technology investment and the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration.#br#According to the innovation value chain theory and geographical economics, the regional innovation process is divided into technology research and development stage and market transformation stage, and the regional innovation efficiency of China from 2012 to 2020 is calculated based on the panel stochastic frontier analysis, and the impact of information technology investment on the two-stage innovation efficiency from the perspective of spatial effect is empirically examined, and the moderating effect of information technology industry scale is tested. The results show that the regional innovation efficiency in China's technology R&D stage shows an increasing trend year by year, and the market transformation stage shows a U-shaped pattern of first declining and then rising. There is a significant positive spatial correlation between the efficiency of two-stage innovation. There is a positive U-shaped relationship between information technology investment and innovation efficiency in the technology R&D stage, and an inverted U-shaped relationship with innovation efficiency in the market transformation stage. The scale of information technology industry is negatively and positively moderating respectively the impact of information technology investment on regional innovation efficiency in the stage of technology research and development and market transformation. Hence,it is vital to strengthen the quality of innovation in the stage of technology research and development, attach importance to basic research and rational allocation of the scale of information technology industry, and avoid serious excessive industrial convergence and waste of resources. #br#In order to improve the efficiency of regional innovation in China, the following policy suggestions are hereby put forward. First, in the stage of technology research and development, governments should further improve the construction of innovation ecosystem, actively implement scientific research and innovation reward and subsidy policies, and strengthen the quality of basic research investment and infrastructure construction. Secondly, in the stage of market transformation, all regions should improve the matching mechanism of scientific and technological achievements and market transformation, and accelerate the promotion of industry-university-research cooperation, and improve the trading and supervision system of the technology market to ensure the efficient operation of scientific research achievement transformation activities; in addition, since the impact of information technology investment on regional innovation efficiency in the two stages is different, each region should form its own unique information technology development strategy and industrial planning to prevent homogeneous competition and low-level duplicate construction, forming dislocation development; finally, it is essential to focus on the spatial agglomeration in innovation activities, give play to the synergy and complementary mechanism of regional high-tech industries, and explore cross-regional innovation cooperation models.#br#

72 The Driving Path for Low-carbon Transformation of Resource-dependent Cities under the TOE Framework:An fsQCA Research Based on 108 Resource-dependent Cities in China
Sun Xiumei,Yan Su
As a basic element of human life and social development, energy is an important hub in the modern energy supply system and an important guarantee for social stability and development. At present, the world is facing the severe problem of resource shortage. It is urgent to deal with the relationship between resource utilization and environmental protection to ensure the sustainable development of economy, but the development of resource-dependent cities lags far behind, and the environment deteriorates seriously. #br#This study deconstructs the TOE theory framework into seven antecedents at three levels as follows: technical level, organizational level and environmental level, and takes 108 resource-dependent cities in China from 2015 to 2020 as the research object. The driving path of low-carbon transformation of resource-dependent cities is studied from the perspective of configuration by applying qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets.#br#The study reaches four conclusions. (1) The promotion condition of low-carbon transition of resource-dependent cities is not any single factor, and it requires the synergy of technology, organization and environment. (2) Government support and environmental regulation play important roles in promoting the low-carbon transition of resource-dependent cities. (3) Better low-carbon transition effect can be produced by six key configuration paths which refer to the organization-environment co-driving, policy-driven resource transformation, government-led, technology-organization interaction, technology-environment interaction and environment-oriented organization assistance. (4) The resource-dependent cities should improve the efficiency of resource allocation. In the transition stage, not all the multi-input will necessarily bring multi-output. From the configuration path of high-level low-carbon transformation of resource-dependent cities, it is found that there are potential substitutional relationships among technology, organization and environment. This paper not only enriches the theory of factor substitution, but also summarizes the differential driving path of low-carbon transformation of resource-dependent cities from the multi-dimensional interactive perspective. It further provides policy suggestions and useful references for the low-carbon transition of resource-dependent cities at different stages of development. The following implications are proposed. (1) The local governments of resource-dependent cities should focus on the driven effects of both the internal and external synergy, and make full use of regional favorable conditions. (2) It is essential to break through the barrier between technology and management, strengthen the integration of green technology innovation and government support. (3) The policy of “fragmentation” should be integrated and coordinated. (4) Rational allocation of resources shall be achieved by stages. To sum up, the three levels and seven antecedents of TOE framework all play indispensable roles in the low-carbon transition of resource-dependent cities, and they are always in the process of interaction through mutual promotion, internal and external synergy and other internal relations to promote the transformation of resource-dependent cities in accordance with their own actual conditions.#br#The theoretical significance of this study lies in three aspects. Firstly, instead of focusing on the impact of a single factor like previous studies, this study breaks the limitation of the single factor and constructs the TOE research framework for the low-carbon transition of resource-dependent cities, and emphatically analyzes the interaction of different influencing factors and the driving role of the combination of factors; given the characteristics of low-carbon transition of resource-dependent cities, this paper selects the important variables affecting low-carbon transition from three aspects of technology, organization and environment, which enriches the research of TOE framework in the field of low-carbon transition. Secondly, it provides a new perspective for the study on low-carbon transition of resource-dependent cities, and by applying the fsQCA method, it integrates the elements of technology, organization and environment systematically, and realizes the linkage and matching among the multi-level elements. Finally, it verifies the cause-and-effect relationship among the conditional factors of low-carbon transition in resource-dependent cities and the substitution relationship among the multi-level factors in different configurations, and provides an optional low-carbon transition path for resource-dependent cities with different conditions.#br#

82 How Enterprises Realize Digital Innovation in the Digital Platform Ecosystem
Ruan Tianshun,Qu Rong,Gu Ying
Digital technologies with significant characteristics such as programmability and data homogenization are rapidly infiltrating other industries with a disruptive impact. The digital economy is taking over the traditional industrial economy as the new driving force of current social development. With the all-round, multi-dimensional, and whole chain transformation of digital technology for digital platform enterprises, the reconstruction and transformation of traditional business models, and the realization of digital and intelligent development of enterprises, it has become a consensus to help digital platform enterprises shape new competitive advantages, promote new driving forces for enterprise development and high-quality industrial development through digital innovation. Compared with other innovation scenarios, the digital platform ecosystem becomes more complex in the digital innovation problems of enterprises due to the diversification of innovation subjects, the diversification of innovation elements and the network of value relationships.#br#Although the existing literature has laid part of the theoretical foundation for exploring the driving factors of enterprise digital innovation from the perspective of the digital platform ecosystem, there are still some deficiencies. First, the existing research mainly explores the impact of digital development on the consequences of enterprise innovation, while there is a relative lack of research on the precursors of digital innovation in digital platform enterprises. Second, the existing research focuses on the theoretical exploration and case analysis of digital innovation, and rarely explores the causal complexity of enterprise digital innovation from the perspective of digital platform ecosystem. Third, there are certain differences in the realization path of different digital innovation results of digital platform enterprises, but few studies have compared and discussed them. Therefore, this study adopts the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the driving factors of the digital platform ecosystem and multiple digital innovation variables of enterprise digital innovation synergy mechanism.#br#A total of 324 survey questionnaires are distributed through various channels, with 256 retrieved and 207 proven valid. Within the research framework of "ecosystem—digital ability", this study takes the 207 digital platform enterprises as a research sample. In order to prevent the problem of common method bias in homologous data, the Harman single factor test is conducted. In addition, correlation analysis and reliability and validity tests are conducted on the conditional and outcome variables. The test shows that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data are high.#br#The main conclusions are drawn from the following aspects. Enterprise digital innovation is the result of the synergistic action of multiple conditional variables, and a single conditional variable is not a necessary condition of the outcome variable. The leading configurations of enterprise high-level digital service innovation include digital support-ecological assistance and ecological orientation-digital assistance. The leading configurations of enterprise high-level digital business model innovation include full-dimensional synergy and ecological link-digital guarantee. According to the differentiation analysis of the application characteristics of digital capabilities in enterprise digital innovation, digital capability mainly plays the role of scene construction and service integration in the mode of digital service innovation. In the mode of digital business model innovation, it mainly plays the roles of collaborative creation and value remodeling.#br#The implications are presented as follows. When implementing digital service innovation strategies, enterprises should focus on building digital infrastructure and enhancing digital technology capabilities. When digital platform enterprises engage in digital innovation, they need to increase ecosystem openness, accelerate the flow and configuration of production factors such as labor and data. The enterprises should strengthen their connection to external ecosystems, promote digital development trends, clarify their strategic positioning and development vision from the perspectives of industry transformation, technology research and development, and market development, and actively establish an efficient and connected value chain with external ecological entities to absorb more heterogeneous resources for digital innovation. Meanwhile, the government is expected to provide guidance for digital platform enterprises, promote the leading role of industry associations and industry alliances, improve the digital service network and value circulation system, and build an ecosystem with a benign interactive industrial chain.#br#

92 The Influence Mechanism of Industrial Internet on Innovation Performance of Manufacturing Enterprises
Wu Xianfu,Li Xinyu
The traditional growth paradigm of relying on large-scale increase in inputs of production factors to achieve economies of scale and economies of scope is becoming increasingly difficult to sustain. Relying on innovation for transformation and upgrading has become the main theme of high-quality development in the manufacturing industry, and efficiency is fundamental to innovation. Under the reasonable guidance of a series of policies, the construction of industrial internet has been rapidly promoted and regarded as a booster for the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises, and has become a key support for the fourth industrial revolution and an important cornerstone for the development of advanced manufacturing industry. In this case, how the industrial internet affects the improvement of innovation performance in manufacturing enterprises has become a focus of attention in both academic and practical fields. Therefore, by sorting out and testing the mechanism of the impact of the industrial internet on the innovation performance of the manufacturing industry, this study can not only provide theoretical guidance for the formulation and practical implementation of policies related to the high-quality development of the industrial internet and manufacturing industry, but also provide useful reference for the enrichment and improvement of the industrial internet and manufacturing innovation system.#br#Theoretically, the industrial internet can effectively empower the innovation performance of manufacturing companies, and its empowerment paths mainly include knowledge absorption capacity, supply chain concentration, financing constraints, risk-taking capacity, and marketization level. On this basis, the study uses the panel data of China's manufacturing A-share listed companies from 2016 to 2021 to build a DID model for empirical testing. Firstly, crawler technology is used to identify manufacturing enterprises that join the industrial internet. Then, relevant variables are controlled to construct DID models and PSM-DID models to examine the actual improvement effect of the industrial internet on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises. The heterogeneity impact is observed from the perspectives of different innovation models, enterprise nature, enterprise types, and intellectual property protection levels. In addition, further through the mediating effect model, the internal mechanism of the industrial internet to improve enterprise innovation performance is tested from four ways based on the theoretical analysis : knowledge absorption capacity, financing constraints, supplier concentration and assumption of risk ability, and through the moderating effect model, starting from the level of marketization, how to moderate the impact of the industrial Internet on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises is explored.#br#This study finds that the industrial internet can promote the final innovation performance of enterprises by promoting their knowledge absorption capacity, easing their financing constraints, and improving their understanding of risk ability. However, due to the limited development scale of the current industrial internet, the forced increase in supplier concentration will weaken the effectiveness of the industrial internet in improving the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises. In addition, the level of marketization significantly weakens the improvement effect of industrial internet on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises. In terms of heterogeneity, the improvement effect of industrial internet on the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises is closely related to the different innovation models, nature, types, and intellectual property protection levels of enterprises.#br#The marginal contribution of this study lies in four aspects. First, it uses the micro-data from Chinese manufacturing listed companies, and focuses on empirical research on the micro-enterprise level in China and manufacturing enterprises. Second, a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods is adopted in the study, which has expanded the research's accuracy and depth to a certain extent. Third, through the technology of crawler and manual identification, the study manages to reasonably identify manufacturing enterprises that have joined the industrial internet, and thus the identification method is instructive. Fourth, the research findings enrich the mechanism of industrial internet empowering innovation performance in manufacturing enterprises, and provide theoretical guidance for manufacturing enterprises to seize the opportunities of industrial internet and achieve innovative development.#br#

103 ChatGPT and Academic Misconduct Governance: Challenges and Responses
Wang Shao
ChatGPT is capable of reinforcement learning from human feedback, and it has intervened in scientific research and brought new problems of academic misconduct. The connotation of academic misconduct includes "violating academic ethics", "impeding scientific communication" and "misleading the research community", etc. ChatGPT has impacted the connotation of academic misconduct in three ways. First, the scientific papers produced by ChatGPT are still highly integrated products with "non-original" characteristics. The use of "non-original" works for academic publication is certainly against academic ethics, but for ChatGPT, it does not have academic ethical subjectivity and thus cannot bear the responsibility of "violating academic ethics". Second, ChatGPT lacks the skill to distinguish between credible and untrustworthy sources, and the biases that lead human beings to go astray may be further amplified in ChatGPT's output, thus "hindering scientific communication". Third, when ChatGPT's capabilities reach the average level of researchers, those who choose not to use ChatGPT are placed on an uneven playing field, and the phenomenon of "misleading the research community" shall be serious. #br#The outreach of academic misconduct includes plagiarism, improper attribution, and questionable peer review, etc. The impact of ChatGPT on the outreach of the concept of academic misconduct is manifested at three levels. First, the creativity generated by ChatGPT is a qualitative change result based on data analysis, and it may occur both in users' minds and in ChatGPT's responses under users' feedback. Whether the attribution of the results when published should be accompanied by ChatGPT becomes an issue in improper signature governance. Second, it is difficult to detect seemingly unique but actually "reworked" articles generated by ChatGPT based on a large number of web datasets. Third, ChatGPT misinterprets questions and tasks that require a deep understanding of the literature and produces biased texts that trigger problematic peer review, because if the reviewers themselves are biased, then the biased texts are "right on target".#br#From the perspective of academic misconduct governance, ChatGPT has implications for the subject, object, process, and standard of governance. First, ChatGPT expands the scope of governance subjects. When academic misconduct can be attributed to ChatGPT to a certain extent or it is considered to have exacerbated the risk of academic misconduct, then institutions and personnel who develop and technically supervise the technology need to assume certain responsibilities for academic misconduct governance. Second, ChatGPT reconstructs the structure of object responsibility. The quality of ChatGPT-generated texts depends on the quality of users' questions and feedback, and the choice of text usage also rests with users, thus increasing the object responsibility of users. While the expansion of the scope of objects also results in factual changes of the original object responsibility structure. Again, ChatGPT increases the governance process procedures. The added links mainly cover the disablement after initiation, the detection and the feedback after processing. Finally, ChatGPT reshapes the connotation of governance standards. Academic misconduct governance standards include the general requirements of academic ethics and the basic characteristics of academic misconduct. The impact of ChatGPT on the concept of academic misconduct coincides with two major aspects of the governance standards for academic misconduct.#br#When a part of academic research turns to ChatGPT's dialog box, the network impact should be fully considered in the governance strategy so as to make new adjustments. The first step is to build a network of subject-object cooperation, and the governance subjects and governance objects must cooperate to address the new risks posed by ChatGPT. Second, governance procedures and standards should be updated to reach agreement; and then it is necessary to incorporate new standards into the learning models of artificial intelligence content production software, such as ChatGPT can effectively prevent users from engaging in academic misconduct, and keep the standard updating as biases or errors in AI implementation of the standard may still exist. Finally, a fluid governance framework should be established. The liquidity framework is a framework centered around ethical principles for governing academic misconduct, and the parties that make up the framework are movable; when technology is controllable, the framework ensures the use of technology under controllable measures to obtain technical effectiveness; otherwise the framework shall hedge the risk through temporary controls until control is regained.#br#

111 The Technological Characteristics, Evolution Process, and Governance Strategy of ChatGPT Applications from the Perspective of Resilience
Chen Zhi
The new-generation artificial intelligence product ChatGPT from OpenAI has sparked heated discussions around the world. ChatGPT is considered to have opened up a new era of artificial general intelligence (AGI), and it is a crucial step towards moving from "weak AI" to "strong AI". Although there is great room for imagination about the future of ChatGPT, and some experts even believe that it will completely change the human world, any leapfrog progress is used to come with considerable risks. Therefore, to achieve a balance between technological innovation and public value and between promoting development and ensuring security in the application of ChatGPT, it is urgent to integrate theoretical perspectives and policy contexts for further exploration. It can be confirmed that the social risks of artificial intelligence are not only caused by technology itself but also exposed after being integrated and resonated with the social structure. Therefore, the research on ChatGPT should return to the practical applications, and systematically explore the theoretical logic and development strategies behind it. This study aims to answer the following questions: What are the academic characteristics of the ChatGPT's applications? What kind of evolutionary development processes in ChatGPT applications are presented? What should be done to systematically regulate and govern ChatGPT applications, and can a comprehensive research framework be thus constructed?#br#According to the general research framework of system theory, this study attempts to extract three key topics of ChatGPT applications, namely "technological characteristics", "evolutionary process", and "governance strategy", from the "physical layer", "operational layer", and "strategic layer", and then systematically discuss ChatGPT with resilience and its extended research paradigms of "evolutionary resilience" and "resilience governance". Firstly, it is clarified that "resilience" is not only a fundamental symbol of static capability but also a powerful manifestation of dynamic processes, which can be embedded as an effective interpretive tool in ChatGPT applications. Furthermore, by combining authoritative data and the latest cases, the study summarizes the characteristics of resilience in ChatGPT applications in the "To B" level of development compatibility and openness, as well as in the "To C" level of learning adaptation and humanoid adjustment. Secondly, it introduces the "exploitation r-conservation K-release Ω-reorganization α" of evolutionary resilience system, and elaborates on the different stages of evolution in ChatGPT application expansion, including rapid extension, stable adjustment, risk response, and comprehensive improvement. It is also emphasized that the "four stages" may also be staggered and overlapping, and may not necessarily evolve and develop in a linear order. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze specific situations and provide effective guidance for the systematic construction of resilience governance. Next, in the interpretation of the latest Interim Measures for the Management of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, the principles of "inclusiveness and prudence" and the purpose of "responsible technological innovation" are confirmed to be the core principles for the sustainable applications of ChatGPT. Furthermore, a resilience governance strategy with policy regulation as the core, technological development as the priority, and collaborative construction as the foundation is proposed. In the future, the application and development of ChatGPT need to be further integrated and constructed in the resilience governance paradigm.#br#Overall, although it is difficult to avoid or even eliminate the increasing uncertainties brought about by artificial intelligence technologies such as ChatGPT, it is certain that humans and technologies are always in an interdependent and constantly deductive relationship, and the two will continue to couple, generate, and reshape in their joint development. In response to the current trend of "practice surpasses theory" and "industry surpasses academia" in ChatGPT, the relevant research still lacks a systematic governance paradigm with conceptual and practical tension. Thereby, a comprehensive deconstruction and systematic construction of ChatGPT applications have been carried out through the resilience perspective and its research paradigm, which helps artificial intelligence applications such as ChatGPT release social value with more resilience tension to continuously evolve and improve, then promoting artificial intelligence towards a sustainable and progressive development.#br#

121 The Conceptual Dilemma on the Ownership of Scientific and Technological Achievements and Its Correction
Li Zhenggang
The formulation of ownership laws and policies for the job-related scientific and technological achievements is an important way to promote the transformation of the job-related scientific and technological achievements, and hence there is the need to define the concept of "ownership of scientific and technological achievements" which is accompanied by the reform of the ownership for the job-related scientific and technological achievements. So far, there are more than 100 national policies involving this concept, and the Scientific and Technological Progress Law of the People's Republic of China (2021 Revision) and the cities such as Chongqing, Shenzhen, and Chengdu have directly set the "ownership of scientific and technological achievements" into the legislation. "Ownership of scientific and technological achievements" as a policy term is created by the idea that scientific and technological achievements are "owned by the state" in the planned economic system. #br#However, the "ownership" protection model designed within the mindset of "state ownership" cannot solve the problem of the vacancy of subject in the distribution of property interests of scientific and technological achievements. "Ownership" has a specific context and meaning in law, and "ownership of scientific and technological achievements" does not conform to the logical self-consistency derived from the concept of jurisprudence. First of all, the dual attributes of personal rights and property rights possessed by the "scientific and technological achievements" make it impossible to become "property" in civil law. If it is included in "ownership", it will have an impact on the existing "object specific" principle of ownership in civil law, which violates the basic rules that civil rights are divided into property rights and personal rights, and will also cause the disorder of the rights system in civil law. Secondly, the types of scientific and technological achievements involved in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements completely overlap with the protection objects of intellectual property rights in the Civil Code in China. The protection of various scientific and technological achievements can be solved by adding relevant systems in the framework of the existing intellectual property system. Therefore, there is no need to create a concept of "ownership of scientific and technological achievements" that is incompatible with the traditional ownership system in civil law. Thirdly, there is no legal right directly in the name of "ownership of scientific and technological achievements" in the division of civil rights. When discussing the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, Chinese scholars often use the Bayh-Dole Act to elaborate on the "ownership of scientific and technological achievements". However, the amendment does not provide for the so-called "ownership of scientific and technological achievements" and Chinese scholars misread and mistranslate relevant provisions of the law, and the creation of the concept of "ownership of scientific and technological achievements" has no judicial significance. #br#In order to maintain the authority of the Civil Code that has come into effect soon, correct the non-standard use of the term "ownership" in legislation, and avoid the evolution of "ownership of scientific and technological achievements" into a concept confused with real rights and intellectual property rights, the protection method of "exclusive rights" should be adopted by borrowing modern knowledge products, and expressions such as "attribution of rights of scientific and technological achievements", "intellectual property rights of scientific and technological achievements", and "exclusive rights of scientific and technological achievements" should be used in legislation and policy terms, for the expression of "exclusive right" does not change the nature of "ownership of scientific and technological achievements", and it highlights the property interests available to the obligee with the implication that the ownership of scientific and technological achievements is superior to intellectual property rights. Thus the concept creation conforms to the concept of Civil Law, and there is also the need to explore the exclusive concepts that shape the allocation of rights involved in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.#br#

129 Conservative or Ingenious? The Multilevel Impact of Digital Leadership on Team and Individual Creativity
Zhu Jian,Zhang Bin
Industry 4.0 has given great impetus to the change in paradigm in business practices and business models. In the era dominated by digital technologies, enterprises urgently need to obtain sustained competitive advantages through digital transformation. Digital transformation means not only the digitization of business processes, business models, customer relationships and operations, etc., but also a process of improving digitalization within an organization, and it will bring challenges to organizational management, especially leadership. Driven by the increasing influence of technology on leadership, the concept of digital leadership has been proposed. Digital leadership is a new leadership style in which leaders create a clear and meaningful vision for the organization's digital transformation and implement strategies to achieve the organization's digital transformation. The existing literature mainly focuses on the characteristics of digital leadership and explores the effect of digital leadership on organizational level outcome variables such as organizational innovation management, dynamic capabilities and organizational performance. However, few researchers have explored the impact of digital leadership on creativity. Innovation is a powerful tool for an organization to maintain vitality and resilience. Individuals and teams in an organization are important subjects of innovation. It is vital to explore how digital leadership affects both team creativity and individual creativity.#br# Drawing on the digital leadership theory and person-organization fit theory, this study examines how digital leadership affects team creativity and individual creativity through a multi-level analysis method, and tests the mediating role of team empowerment and job crafting, as well as the moderating role of person-group fit. The questionnaire survey is composed of two stages. In Time 1 (T1), employees completed questionnaires regarding digital leadership, team empowerment, job crafting, person-organization fit, and control variables of individuals′ level (age, gender, education, and working seniority). After a month, the team leaders completed questionnaires regarding team creativity, employee creativity, and control variables of teams′ level (time of setting up, team size) in Time 2(T2). Finally, 369 pairs of paired questionnaire data from 62 working teams of 35 enterprises are collected through two-stage paired questionnaire survey, and the hypothesis test is carried out by using multi-level structural equation model and product of coefficients approach. The findings indicate that digital leadership has a positive effect on both team creativity and individual creativity; team empowerment mediates the relationship between digital leadership and team creativity, and job crafting mediates the relationship between digital leadership and individual creativity; meanwhile “team empowerment-job crafting” plays a chain mediator role between digital leadership and individual creativity; person-group fit positively moderates the relationship between digital leadership and team empowerment, and person-group fit also positively moderates the relationship between digital leadership and job crafting; person-group fit positively moderates the indirect effect of digital leadership on team creativity via team empowerment, and person-group fit also positively moderates the indirect effect of digital leadership on individual creativity via job crafting. #br#The findings reveal the effect mechanism of digital leadership on multilevel-creativity, and also provide beneficial enlightenment for the digital transformation of enterprises and the cultivation of digital leaders to stimulate creativity. Compared with the previous literature, the contributions of this research are threefold. First, by investigating the influence of digital leadership on team creativity and individual creativity, this study not only enriches the research on digital leadership, but also explores the key antecedents of team and individual creativity. Second, it examines the mediating role of team empowerment between digital leadership and team creativity, and the mediating role of job crafting between digital leadership and individual creativity. The findings enrich the literature on how digital leadership affects both team and individual creativity. Third, by exploring the moderating role of person-group fit, this study extends the boundary conditions of the influence mechanism of digital leadership on both team and employee creativity.#br#

140 The Serial Mechanism of Team Voice Quantity on Team Innovation Performance: The Moderating Effect of Team Voice Centralization
Ma Guimei,Mao Menghuan,Zhang Xu,Ma Bing
With the increasing importance of team innovation performance for organizations to maintain competitive advantages, how to improve team innovation performance has gradually become a common concern in theory and practice. As an interactive behavior among team members, team voice plays an important role in team innovation performance. Team voice is different from individual voice, for it is more complex in the action mechanism. As the average level of voice within the team, team voice indicates the degree to which team members make constructive suggestions, new ideas, discuss problems or potential problems. Although previous research has explored how and under what circumstances team voice affects team innovation performance, there are two limitations. The existing research mainly focuses on the cognitive process, and ignores the role of team voice behavior as an interpersonal affective interaction in the generation process of team innovation performance. Besides, the existing conclusions about the role of team voice in team effectiveness research are inconsistent. A key reason for this inconsistency may be that the existing research pays more attention to the level of team voice, ignores the different distribution of voice in the team, and rarely discusses the mechanism and boundary conditions of team voice quantity. Therefore, this study focuses on the mechanism between team voice quantity and team innovation performance.
According to the I-P-O model, this study attempts to build a chain mechanism model of team voice quantity on team innovation performance based on the affective path with team affective commitment and team work passion as the mediators, and team voice centralization as the moderator. Using the hierarchical regression and Bootstrap method, the study empirically analyzes 304 paired samples from 54 scientific research teams in two stages. The results show that (1) team voice quantity positively affects team affective commitment; team affective commitment positively affects team work passion; and team work passion positively affects team innovation performance; (2) team affective commitment plays a mediating role between team voice quantity and team work passion; team work passion plays a mediating role between team affective commitment and team innovation performance; and team voice quantity positively affects team innovation performance through team affective commitment and team work passion; (3) team voice centralization plays a moderating role between team voice quantity and team affective commitment.
This study makes contributions in both theory and practice. In theory, according to the I-P-O model, the mechanism of team voice quantity on team innovation performance is constructed and verified, which enriches the research on the relationship between team voice quantity and team innovation performance; the chain mediating mechanism of team voice quantity on team innovation performance is revealed based on the affective path, which fills the research gap of the affective effect process of team voice quantity on team innovation performance; this study constructs and tests the moderating effect of team voice centralization on the mechanism of team voice quantity, the boundary conditions of the effect of team voice quantity on team affective commitment are clarified, which is helpful for a deeper understanding of the role of other attributes of team voice. Thus, this study suggests that managers should fully recognize the value of team voice for the promotion of team emotion and team innovation performance, and encourage team members to actively make suggestions; moreover, managers should fully realize the boundary conditions for team voice to play an active role, and take appropriate measures to avoid the centralization of team voice on individuals or a few members and optimize the distribution of team voice.
In conclusion, this study reveals the mechanism of team voice quantity on team innovation performance based on the affective path. On the one hand, it improves the key path of team innovation performance, and clarifies how and when team voice plays a role with consideration of the moderating role of team voice centralization ; on the other hand, the research conclusions provide a reference for managers to play an active role of team voice to improve team innovation performance in practice.

149 Transformation of Employees against the Backdrop of Digital Technology Innovation: Integration Framework and Research Prospects
Dang Hongyan,Li Yunpeng
While researchers emphasize that digitalization is a challenge that affects all aspects, studies and reviews have focused mainly on digital technology, business, and strategy. There are not enough integrated studies on employee-related factors, and thus there is an urgent need to explore how to make employees realize their value in digital work.#br#By analyzing and summarizing relevant literature, this study holds that in the digital transformation of employees, individuals trigger significant individual changes and improve their personal abilities by integrating information, computing, communication, and connectivity technologies. The digital transformation of employees is not only an interactive process between people and technologies but also a goal-oriented process aimed at improving employees' digital thinking and working abilities. The understanding of this definition contains two core elements: first, digital technology is a necessary but not sufficient condition. Second, the result of the digital transformation of employees is that employees become symbolized and virtualized people.#br#In view of this, at the intersection of digitalization and transformation of employees, this paper adopts a human-centered digitalization perspective to analyze the digital transformation of employees. In order to systematically sort out the literature, this study adopts a combination of systematic review and visual literature analysis methods to search relevant literature on the Web of Science and CNKI databases, and inputs "digital *"(and its secondary words, such as “big data”) and "employees" (and its synonyms) in the theme, title, abstract, or key words. The time span of the literature search is from 2002 to 2022, and 152 English and 58 Chinese texts are obtained as the analysis objects. The results show that since the beginning of this century, employees in technological change have attracted the attention of domestic and foreign researchers, but domestic research in this field has maintained a low growth trend. The research is conducted around the use of digital technologies at work, with a focus on innovation and performance. These studies have focused on three contexts: the use of social media, telework, and the use of information and big data.#br#In this paper, guided by the analysis framework of antecedents-behaviors-consequences, the research achievements and research trends at various levels are reviewed accordingly. First, a large amount of research has explored the individual and organizational factors that influence the transformation. The variables involved in the studies focus on cognition, individual abilities and characteristics, and organizational and leadership characteristics. The studies show the characteristics of system steering. The research results have evolved from the cognition of technology and social norms in the early days to emphasizing that the success of digital transformation for employees is determined by multiple factors and requires more complex resource integration. Second, in the process of transformation, employees have two kinds of behaviors: active participation and passive resistance. During this process, employees play different roles and have different emotions. On the whole, there are few studies on the transformation process, but they show the characteristics of multi-dimension. The research has shifted the perspective from the behavioral process of technology adoption to the emotional and experiential process and from the perspective of participation or resistance to explore the richer social and psychological expression of employees in the workplace. Third, the digital transformation of employees has both positive and negative impacts on individuals and organizations. The research results show the characteristic of integration, that is, the positive and negative results brought by the digital transformation, are incorporated into a research framework.#br#Within the integration framework of "influencing factors—transformation process —results", this study puts forward the prospect of future research focus. First of all, the classification of digital transformation of employees should be improved according to different contexts, and the inconsistent views of existing research should be addressed. Secondly, longitudinal research methods should be adopted to study the process mechanism of transformation and the change in individual ability. Finally, the effectiveness of digital transformation for employees should be enhanced at the individual and organizational levels.#br#
