9 The Identifying Effect of Venture Capital on Heterogeneous Innovation and its Influence Mechanism
Li Xiaowei,Nie Shujun,Wang Weiping
Quality heterogeneity exists for innovation. Using the data from the GEM listed companies in the period of 2009 to 2016, the effect of venture capital on incremental innovation and radical innovation is examined. Tobit estimate shows that the treatment group sponsored by venture capital has more innovative outputs than the control group without venture capital, then PSM Model further indicates that the participation of venture capital has significantly additional incentive effect on radical innovation. More Tobit estimates demonstrate that the shareholding ratio of venture capital has a significantly negative linear relationship with the low-quality incremental innovation, however has a "inverted U-type" relationship with the relatively high-quality radical innovation. Considering the sample selection bias, Heckman two-stage model is examined to guarantee the robustness of the empirical results. The intermediary effect model shows that the mitigation of financing constraints completely acts as a mediation path. Our findings have implication for both policy makers and practitioners and provide evidence on the positive role of venture capital in affecting innovation effectively.

44 Research on Knowledge Innovation Cooperation Network in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River
Xie Weiwei,Deng Hongbing,Su Panda
Using the high level thesis cooperation to construct the cooperation network of knowledge innovation from 2006 to 2017 in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. We analyzed the evolutionary trends and the characteristics of complex networks, and also explored the proximity mechanism of innovation cooperation network. The results show that: in terms of the overall structure of the knowledge innovation network, the network scale and contact strength have become increasingly stable. What's more, a multi-center structure with Changsha, Wuhan and Nanchang as the core is basically formed. The nodes of network have obvious hierarchical levels. Through the analysis of the characteristic path length and agglomeration coefficient, it is found that the knowledge cooperation network in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has small-world features, but the scale-free characteristics of the network are not obvious. The QAP (quadratic assignment procedure) regression results indicate that the geographical proximity, social proximity, technological proximity, and human capital proximity all have a significant impact on the knowledge cooperation networks.

58 The Dynamic Heterogeneity Threshold Effect of Implementation Path for Innovation-driven Development
Hou Jian,Chen Heng
Aiming at how to choose the innovation path to more effectively achieve innovation-driven development, this paper first construct the driving path structure system of innovation-driven development, then in-depth discuss on the dynamic heterogeneous threshold characteristics of the path mechanism for the innovation-driven development of high-tech industry from the perspective of knowledge accumulation heterogeneity. The result shows that the impact mechanism has significant knowledge accumulation threshold effect. A moderate level of knowledge accumulation is more conducive to the innovation path to give full play to the positive effect, and the higher or lower level of knowledge accumulation will affect the driving effect of the innovation path to a certain extent, reflecting the "critical mass" of knowledge accumulation; With the increasing level of knowledge accumulation, the driving effect is different. It is necessary to consider the distribution of knowledge accumulation in different regions. Finally, regional knowledge accumulation has the characteristics of stage development, and at the present stage, it needs to be controlled and maintained in a reasonable range to guard against the negative effects of its threshold characteristic.

Zhang Yi,Meng Feirong
This paper takes Marine biological medicine industry as the research sample, and adopts the research methods of Bibliometrics and basic research competitiveness indexes to investigate the overall development status of the basic research field of Marine biological medicine as well as the basic research competitiveness of the major countries. The research findings show that the basic research field of Marine biological medicine experienced three stages and has attracted extensive attention from many countries in the world, and the United States has become an important research center in this field. The basic research field of Marine strategic emerging industries is an interdisciplinary research field with broad extension, among which the universities and research institutions are the main forces, and their research findings are published in the important SCI journals(Quartiles 1 or 2)from the research fields of chemistry, medicine and biology. In addition, the growing trend of the active status of China in the Marine biological medicine research field is remarkable and the gap with the four benchmark countries (the United States, Japan, Spain and the United Kingdom) is narrowing. However, China's research publications are still suffering from a low impact, and the matching degree between publications and citations in China lags far behind that in the developed countries such as the United States, Japan, United Kingdom and Spain, indicating that China would take a long time to catch up with them. In summary, this study has some practical significances as it is conducive to deepening our understanding on the situation of basic research competitiveness of main countries and clarifying the gap between China and powerful maritime nations in this field.

84 Research on the Influence of Environmental Regulation Intensity and Enterprise Scale on the Quality of Technological Innovation
Chen Yuke,Liu Lantian
Using the provincial panel data of Chinese industrial enterprises from 2007 to 2016 to establish a threshold regression model, Based on the enterprise scale and environmental regulation intensity as the threshold, the impact of the environmental regulation intensity and the interaction between the enterprise scale and the environmental regulation intensity on the quality of technological innovation is studied. The empirical results show that when the enterprise scale is the threshold, there is a single threshold effect between the intensity of environmental regulation in the eastern, central and western regions on the quality of technological innovation. When the scale of the enterprise is lower than the threshold, the intensity of environmental regulation in the eastern region can effectively promote the development of technological innovation quality, and the promotion effect in the central and western regions is not significant. When the threshold value is crossed, the development of the quality of technological innovation can be effectively promoted, and the promotion effect in the eastern region is enhanced; When the intensity of environmental regulation is the threshold, there is a single threshold effect between the intensity of environmental regulation in the eastern, central and western regions on the quality of technological innovation. When the environmental regulation intensity is lower than the corresponding threshold, the promotion effect in the eastern region is significant, while the effect in the central and western regions is not significant. After reaching the threshold, the promotion effect is significant, but the degree of promotion in the eastern region is slightly weakened; The scale of the enterprise will indirectly affect the promotion of the intensity of environmental regulation to the quality of technological innovation.

Zhao Sufang,Wang Cai,Zhou Wenbin
Green HRM aims to achieve green sustainable development of enterprises through employees' green behavior. However, the practice of green HRM is affected by multiple factors in promoting employees' green behavior. As one of the factors affecting employees' behavior, employees' over qualifications are seldom studied in green HRM. Therefore, studying the relationship between the perception of green HRM practices and employees' green behavior from perceived over-qualification is necessary. It is found that there is a positive and significant relationship between the perception of green HRM and employees' green behavior, and the perceived over-qualification plays a U-shaped moderating role. It provides a reference for the organization to focus on employee qualification perception in the process of implementing active green HRM.
