%A %T Research on the Path of Agglomeration and Diffusion Function ๎€ƒin Hi-Tech Zones Driven by Innovation %0 Journal Article %D 2018 %J SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY PROGRESS AND POLICY %R 10.6049/kjjbydc.201708X111๎€ƒ %P 44-49 %V 35 %N 4 %U {http://www.kjjb.org/CN/abstract/article_16891.shtml} %8 2018-03-10 %X Agglomeration and diffusion are the core functions of high-tech zones driven by innovation,and the realization of these functions is of great significance to the sustainable development of high-tech zones.This paper constructs the theoretical model of innovation driven,conduction mechanism and function of high-tech zone of the relationship between the three,and then put forward the research hypothesis; then,by using the structural equation model and selected 115 countries China in high tech Zone enterprises as empirical research samples,the results showed that:(1) the system innovation agglomeration function of high-tech zone the implementation has a positive impact,and the impact is through innovative talents and financial work jointly,namely two in the realization of the intermediary effect completely on the path; (2) to achieve positive environmental effects of high-tech zone innovation diffusion function,and this effect is mainly through innovative talents to play a role,which is a new talent has partial mediating effect on transmission path,innovative financial effect is not obvious.
