Research on the Efficiency Stability of Independent Technological Innovation of China's High-end Equipment Manufacturing |

Abstract Under the background of promoting the national strategy of innovation driven development, it is of great practical significance to reveal the stability of the efficiency of independent technological innovation of China's high-end equipment manufacturing and measure the influence intensity and direction of its influencing factors, so as to reveal the law of independent technological innovation of China's high-end equipment manufacturing and formulate its development strategy.This paper focuses on the stability and influencing factors of independent technological innovation efficiency of China's high-end equipment manufacturing, and conducts an empirical study based on DEA-Malmquist index method and Tobit regression model.The results show that the efficiency of independent technological innovation of China's high-end equipment manufacturing has some volatility in the empirical research period, and the internal stability of the efficiency of independent technological innovation of each industry segment is poor, and the stability of the efficiency of independent technological innovation of the industry is not high.The investment of innovation capital and human resources have a positive impact on the efficiency of independent technological innovation, while the investment of new product development and enterprise scale have a heterogeneous impact on the efficiency of independent technological innovation, Policy factors and market factors have significant and non-significant negative effects respectively.Exogenous innovation factors have a significant positive impact, and the impact intensity is larger.
