Research on the Configuration and Path of the Influencing Factors of the Allocation Efficiency of Science and Technology Resources:QCA Analysis Based on 30 Provinces in China |

Abstract As an important index to measure regional innovation ability, the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources is the focus of deepening the reform of factor market allocation.By using the method of fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis, this paper makes an empirical analysis of 30 provincial data, and reveals the factors that affect the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources from the perspective of integrity.The results show that: a single factor does not constitute an obstacle to improve the efficiency of science and technology resource allocation, but the development level of scientific research institutions, industrial structure adjustment, R&D expenditure of R&D institutions play a more universal role in promoting the efficiency of science and technology resource allocation; there are six key paths to improve the efficiency of science and technology resource allocation, including pioneering, industrial upgrading This paper analyzes the driving mechanism of R&D institutions, the driving mechanism of R&D institutions, the double wheel driving mechanism of industrial upgrading and R&D institutions, the driving mechanism of Universities under the leading logic of R&D institutions, and the driving mechanism of multiple agents in the dual leading logic of market and R&D institutions.In order to improve the efficiency of science and technology resource allocation, we can choose different paths according to our own resource endowment and conditions.
