Abstract The mixed ownership of post scientific and technological achievements has the characteristics of breaking down the existing system obstacles and ultimate incentives, which determines the significance of its popularization and practice.However, there are still some problems in the implementation of mixed ownership of post-related scientific and technological achievements, such as legal obstacles, ambiguity of its content and inconvenience in operation.Therefore, it is necessary to revise and improve relevant legal norms, further clarify the subject, object and mode of the application of mixed ownership of post-related scientific and technological achievements, further modify and improve legal norms, and strengthen the construction of transforming institutions in Colleges and universities.
